After absorbing Ding Guang's Golden Lotus, although Lingwei had not ascended realms, he nevertheless perfected his Great Dao, becoming a true Buddha.
Among the Buddhas of the Seven Realms, Lingwei was the first to reach perfection—besides the Great Sun World Venerable.
This meant that his power now ranked second only to the Great Sun World Venerable.
