'' What?'' Rose asked with a soft voice.
''I LOVE YOU'' everyone gasped hearing Billy's words.
'' W-w-w-what did you say?'' Rose asked her eyes grew wide open she gulped hard.
'' I love you, so much....i....i have been hiding this for a long time, i never got to tell you'' Billy said his eyes sparkling his smile growing wider.
'' And i tried to tell you so many times....but i always thought you wouldn't feel the same'' Billy added. Rose blinked her eyes twice and then gulps before she gave a soft smile.
'' why are you telling me now? and what makes you think i feel the same?'' Rose said smiling.
'' Because all the memories, the touch the talk we did, doesn't seems like normal friends things....i felt a connection a spark and...and... i always did'' Billy said, before bringing out a huge bouquet of flower handing it over to Rose who collected it happily.
'' All the laughter, the cries we shared it felt like it will last forever, when you're near me my heart beat fast, even if we don't often share moment i feel for yo every time'' Billy said his words genuine.

'' i bought this flowers ,which is Rose flower, your favorites, and coincidence it also matches your name and it is as beautiful as you are'' Billy said beaming, Rose giggled.
'' So...what do you say will you be my girlfriend, Rose please?'' Billy asked hoping for the best, for a ''yes''. The crowd cheered, every one shouting '' say yes say yes,' everyone but Sadie, she was breathing heavily her heart pounding loudly, she looks worried confuse and sad, Amanda did not cheered either she was worried for poor Sadie, she glances at her often but still watching the scene that's unfolding. Rose smiled warmly she moves closer to Billy clutching the flowers tighter, she nods slowly.
'' yes... i will be your girlfriend, because I LOVE YOU TOO Billy i love you so much..'' Rose said and everyone cheered as they hugged, Sadie's heart was broken, she couldn't be angry, sad, she could not even cry, she just smiled in pain and quietly left the place. Amanda noticing her parents quickly followed hoping to find her, since Sadie was walking slowly Amanda sighted her.
''What's up with Kian and Amanda'' Amelia asked confused and annoyed.
'' I don't know....let's just focus on those two'' Kaito replied. Sadie walked through the hall expressionless, she didn't know what to feel, she got betrayed, ignored, and forgotten. Her heart was beaten, she was breathing but she felt as if she's dead, she couldn't bear the pain, that stroked her the powerful three words that Billy said to someone and not her the pain of being ignored and forgotten.
'' Sadie, Sadie, Sadie....'' Amanda's voice echoed through the halls as she runs to Sadie pulling her.
'' Where are you going?'' Amanda asked panting from all the running.
'' Where are you going?'' she asked again, commanding for answers but Sadie just starred at her emotionless.
'' Sadie i know you're sad, and you're mad, but....i want you to....'' Before Amada could even finish her sentence, Sadie seized her hand from her and silently walked away she was already shattered.
'' S...Sadie!'' Amanda called out but she was already gone.
'' *sighs* What is Billy doing?, he broke her heart..... now what? i don't know where she is going'' Amanda said frustrated.
'' i hope she will be ok'' Amanda said in her mind, before returning back to where the party was.
Sadie, walked in the empty streets, till it was completely dark her wig on her hand her hair dancing with the wind as she walks her steps heavy. She is not smiling nor is she crying, she didn't stop until she reached a bridge the place was dark only the street light and the stars above shined the place. Sadie looks down at the bridge and there was a river under the bridge the view was beautiful, the night felt calm and peaceful her heart was shattered, she starred ahead and then tears finally began rolling.
'' What have i done? what have i done to you Billy? why did you do this? what did i do wrong?'' She thought wiping her tears, she sniffs.
'' why do i have to suffer like this?, the pain...in my heart is unbearable'' She shouted tears streaming down her eyes, her cheeks red, her eyes puffy from crying.
'' Why is the world so cruel? why?'' She shouts again.
'' Why didn't you tell me you loved her Billy, you let me found out like this'' She said her voice lower then before, she glances at the wig on her hand and angrily threw it into the water, and hits her hand on the rail of the bridge.
'' Why?... will i have to suffer like this?, what a world ,what a world we live in, '' Sadie said her pain growing even more as she thinks of the memories her and Billy made together.
'' Were all those fake? , was i imagining?, was i?'' Sadie thought.
'' I know how you're feeling....the pain that you lost someone that you never had.'' A voice said the voice was calm and soothing Sadie immediately turns around she wipes her tears her mouth slightly open.
'' Taro...'' she said her voice low.
'' Yes... Sadie it's me'' Taro replied his green eyes shining in the dark, his smile warm.
'' What are you doing here?'' Sadie asked wiping her tears her voice turned serious.
'' Amanda told me to look for you.....so i thought to come here'' Taro said moving closer. He stood beside Sadie, with a calm expression on his face.
'' How do you know that i was here?'' Sadie asked.
'' Because this is where i come every time i feel down or sad... i just love the sound of the river , the bids chirping, the calm and quiet atmosphere'' Taro replied closing his eyes as if he is feeling the moment.
''yeah it's calm''
'' i just ended up here today...I've never been here'' Sadie said her voice low.
'' So...what happened? why are you here? you can tell me...'' Taro said growing more concerned and curious.
'' i don't wanna talk about it...''
'' please, you can tell me'' Taro said convincingly, Sadie gazed at him her eyes meeting his for a moment she sighs and looks away.
'' The person i loved...or the person i cared for, doesn't feel the same about me *sniffs* i felt so sad, i thought what i was feeling was right.. i guess *sighs* i was wrong'' Sadie said.
'' And what pains the most is...'' Sadie turns around looking at Taro who immediately caught her gaze.
'' He did this secretly with someone i thought he hate the most, he loved her instead of me...*sobs* am i not that good? or am i just bad?....am i that bad? that he...he.. loves Rose not me...''
'' No you're not bad, stop blaming yourself...you see even if you love someone with all your heart and everything, it doesn't mean, i mean it's not a must they will love you back, if destiny wants you apart you will be apart, you will have to move on Sadie...'' Taro said his voice smooth and convincing.
'' Why are you telling me all this?''
'' because i have also been through all those pain, three times two girls one boy...so you see i know what you feel and i have learned to move on'' Taro replied and then gently put his hands on Sadie's shoulder, squeezing it softly.
'' And you're perfect just the way you are...just because you got rejected it doesn't mean you will another if you calm down and try again, with another person of course, maybe he isn't the best that's why, pray for the best and you will get it'' Taro said smiled and nodded, he then moves backward his eyes crinkling in the corner.
'' Let's go, everyone is worried especially Amanda, you have to come with me'' Taro added stretching his hand forward for Sadie to take.
'' I don't wanna go back, it's better i stay here and die here'' Sadie said looking down.
'' Don't say that, come on let's go'' Taro said and then without hesitation he pulled Sadie by her hand leaving her confused and annoyed.
'' hey leave me'' Sadie shouted and seize her hand, Taro was confused.
'' What? don't you wanna go home?'' Taro asked his voice low.
'' I don't '' Sadie said trying to walk away, but he grabbed her hand.
'' Well i don't care....come with me'' Taro said and then pulled her away.
Amanda quickly ran outside hearing Sadie shouting for Taro to let her go, followed by Monica who was also worried about Sadie's ware about, ran after Amanda and they lead Sadie inside the house.
'' Are you mad? I've been worried sick about you, we were worried sick about you, where have you been?'' Amanda asked her face serious.
'' She was at the famous bridge'' Taro said interfering.
'' i am okay am sorry....''
'' just because you got rejected without even asking you left , where? where will you go? since your house burned down, i never saw Mary again, then where will you go?'' Amanda asked growing more frustrated.
'' Amanda calm down.... she is back now.. don't worry'' Monica said trying to calm the situation down '' And Taro thanks for bringing her back, go to your room and rest'' Monica added, Taro turned and looks at Sadie he smiled warmly adding with a nod and then he walks away to his room.
''And Amanda...go to your room too, Sadie will sleep in the guest room today, until she gets better and you have calm down'' Monica said patting Amanda on the back who nodded and looked at Sadie.
'' Take care of yourself Sadie'' She said her voice low, and then walked to her room. Monica turns to Sadie a smile on her face.
'' I know you're sad but Amanda is your best friend, don't distance yourself from her just because of the love you will never have. Remember first love never last'' Monica said and nods, leaving Sadie to her thoughts.
'' But Billy why will you go?, why will you leave me?'' Sadie asked her eyes boring into Billy's.
'' i have to I love Rose...so much i can't handle the feelings i have for her, and you're my friend my good one nothing else'' Billy said his voice low, he holds Sadie face and a smiled played on his lips.
'' i don't want to say too much, until we see each other again, goodbye Sadie'' Billy said and slowly walks backward disappearing into the light.
'' No Billy don't go....'' Sadie mutters her eyes shut laying on the bed it was all a dream, she sat on the bed running her hands through her hair in frustration, tearing up she wipes her tears.
She swings her legs to the side of the bed sitting on the edge as she scrubs her eyes yawning, She let out a big sigh before getting up from bed to get some water. As she was coming back to her room with the glass of water, she heard a sound a very sweet one, a great melody, that pulled her close she felt some attachment with the sound, it came from a room that is not fully closed that's had enough space to peak in but she didn't she instead open the door and entered inside.
And there it was the sweet sound Taro, sitting by the balcony holding a guitar, and singing the most beautiful song ever, the breeze was cold and nice the view was beautiful, the stars shined the balcony, and the moon light danced on Taro's smooth face. Sadie moves a little closer to hear the song more clearly to get a closer look, but stopped at her tracks, she decided to turn around and walk away but it was too late Taro saw her and gestures her to come. And she did he then pats the empty sit close to him with a smile.
'' Sit here Sadie'' He said his voice low, Sadie sat down clutching to her glass of water.
''So you're not only handsome but also a great singer'' She said looking at the sky.
'' Ohm...i won't say that, i will say i can sing...but am not that great'' Taro replied keeping his guitar aside.
'' So what brought you here?'' Taro finally asked.
'' i heard you singing, i got curious so i came in here '' she replied.
'' you did great!!, how are you feeling now?''
'' Great just had a dream that woke me up'' Sadie said looking down at the glass of water which Taro's gaze landed on.
'' is that for me?''
''huh?''
''the water....is it for me?'' Taro asked pointing at the glass. Sadie, even though it was for her she handed it to him nodding.
'' Thanks'' He said and drank all the water, Sadie shoot him a look as he gave her back the glass of water.
'' What?''
'' you drank all the water you should have save some for me'' Sadie said her tone laced with annoyance.
'' Sorry i was thirsty from all the high pitch'' Taro said scratching the back of his neck. And for a moment they stared at each other Sadie was lost in Taro's green emerald eyes, Taro's smile grew wider, and then they looked away.
'' sorry...'' Sadie whispered and Taro shakes his head smiling.
'' look at the stars, aren't they beautiful?'' Taro asked looking at the stars with admiration.
'' I guess so...only that, that star looks left out like me'' Sadie replied scanning the sky.
'' but beside that they all look nice''
'' You still thinking about...''
''Billy....yes.... i am i can't stop thinking about him, it hurts knowing that you love someone but they don't feel the same'' Sadie said putting her hands on her chest.
''I know right?, but sometimes you will have to move on'' Taro said gently placing his hands on Sadie's hand which were resting on her lap, Sadie was lost to notice.
'' But it will take some time'' Sadie said her voice low.
''even if it does, life goes on, live life the fullest always be happy'' Taro replied in whispers, his face inches away from Sadie's when their gaze meet he moved back.
'' it's late you should go and get some rest you must be tired.'' Taro said tapping Sadie on the back.
'' Ok....you too, I'm going bye-bye'' Sadie said waved slightly and walked away, Taro sighs and then smiled continuing to look at the stars.
