"CASSANDRA!!!!!!" He shouted out, crashing things at the other end of the phone.
" Have you no idea the rivalry between the two families?? Why walk into the lion's den? When did you become so careless?" He bitterly spat.
"Uncle I'm fine, I'm okay for now. You don't have anything to worry about." I tried to reassure him. But, it wasn't working.
"For the love of all that is holy,stop saying you are FINE! God knows what they are scheming or trying to do with you. You need to leave right away." He growled over the phone.
" I can't." I slowly said.
"You claim they are not putting a finger on you, so what's making you remain there Cass? You need to come home to me." He gently requests.
But I just couldn't, not yet anyways. " Uncle, I am doing well. Quit worrying. " I advised.
"I'll do that once you are back safely in my arms." He countered.
