Yuta and Kevin cleared their misunderstandings and then went back to the castle to shower before going to bed.
Yuta got to know a lot about Kevin's life and to cut the story short, they grew up the same way and there aren't any different from each other.
The only difference can be that Kevin rules over all vampires and he's stronger than any
of them.
And Yuta... is just puny, he rules a small pack from over more than 100 packs of werewolves.
Yuta is not that strong like Kevin, but he has
some tricks of his own. "Yuta, I think you should go back, your pack must be worried
sick".
It just hit Kevin that Yuta has been with him for 2 whole days and they kind of took him
without notifying anybody.
"Yeah, you're right… can I go tomorrow…w-with y-you?" Yuta was fidgeting his fingers.
"of course, you're now my mate, anyway if I don't accompany you, something may happen to you since we got bonded last night".
"Something like what?", Yuta thought out loud. "Well, your heat isn't over yet and
there's something that happens to you for about 2-3 days after we bonded and that needs us to be close to each other."
Yuta wanted to ask more but he kept quiet and went to sleep beside Kevin.

Back at the pack below the mountains a group of soldiers just returned.
They searched every nook and corner of the forest, but their leader was nowhere to be seen.
Even the scent of their leader couldn't be picked. "Sir the scent of our leader seems to have changed... or he met up with many people because it is was mixed with some weird scent making it hard to pinpoint the
leader's exact position."
Shin's eyes bulged at the new information. "Changed?? Could it be that Yuta got his heat, found his mate and decided to abandon them."
At least that's what Shin could make out and if his guess was true, he will surely kill Yuta
next time they meet.
On the other hand, the said guy was busy napping with his mate unaware of all the speculation brewing up in his friend's head.
"Okay… you may go", the guard quickly squirreled away. Shin went to his house from
the investigation room. He couldn't take it anymore.
Even his head was aching, so he decided to take a long warm bath then have a good sleep.

"Yuta, it's fine I'm here", Kevin had engulfed Yuta's petite body in a hug. Yuta was
shivering and sweating excessively.
He was even crying, telling Kevin that the bite was painful, and it was like he was on fire. Yuta tried to ignore the pain at first but after it increased, he could no longer hold it in.
"K-Kevin…Hah…It's too painful" Yuta said while holding his nape. Kevin didn't know
what to do so he just did the first thing that came to his mind.
Yuta's eyes bulged when he felt Kevin's tongue in his mouth. The warmth Kevin brought made Yuta's pain subside.
Yuta moaned as Kevin's hands brushed all over his body while his tongue went to work. Soon Yuta forgot about his pain.
His pain started to subside and soon it was a dull ache. "ngh… K-Kevin" when he heard
Yuta's tired voice, Kevin stopped kissing him and immediately sent his hand towards
Yuta's head.
Yuta was no longer hot as before, and he was drifting off. Kevin hugged him and they both went back to sleep again.
