THE NEXT MORNING
Her sleep was a sound one and she woke up the next morning feeling refreshed. She hadn't been woken up from her sleep by the alarm clock as she woke up herself.
She stepped out of bed and did her usual routine, while waiting for Gloria to wake up and fulfill the promise she made to her. With everything set in place, she headed out of the room in search of Lara and also to get something to eat.
Lara was in the kitchen, preparing breakfast for the household. They greeted each other as usual and Lara asked her what her final decision was concerning the wedding invite.
"I haven't made up my mind yet, but I think I may go with your advice,"
"What has Gloria said about it? Would she give it to you today?"
Fiona sighed deeply. "I hope so. That's why I'm so happy this morning. Hopefully, she won't disappoint me."
Lara proceeded with preparing the meal. Fiona watched her as she did this. She had already finished with her own routine of cleaning.
