"Hmph, you really are full of yourself," Mavira laughed, her voice carrying through the air. If not for the suffocating bloodlust rolling off her, one might have been enchanted by that laugh. "But I like it."
With a snap of her fingers, the floating runes unleashed a storm of spikes, firing like machine guns — each spike followed almost instantly by another.
