"Where will I stay?"
Cain raised an eyebrow
"Here of course. Or have you changed your mind?"
Fu Ling gave him a blank stare
"I don't suppose I'll be sleeping in the halls now will I? I'm asking where my room is."
Cain paused and Fu Ling detected a faint touch of embarrassment coming from him.
"It was an oversight on my path. We don't usually have guests here and it's been so long since I hosted someone. Make yourself comfortable, you'll be taken to your room soon."
Fu Ling sat on the stair closest to the throne and asked curiously.
"When you were asleep what was is like? Could you tell what was happening outside or were you completely cut off."
Cain paused slightly
"I was completely cut off from the outside."
Fu Ling's eyes widened.
"Then what about all your gold and jewels? Wouldn't they get stolen? Or did that already happen and the ones left were only what kept remaining for you."
Cain sighed deeply but still answered patiently
