I will name the art where my organs like universe and tree energy cosmic breathing. I believe this is the best to summarize my cultivation method. I review my short cultivation path gas to liquid to solid. Then to lightning to rainbow light. The tree form by interaction of liver, heart, brain, spirit, mana, and life force. The lungs, kidney, and spleen were refined. I grew Tao fruits. I lit the divine fire and condensed godhead. I use light of sun, moon, and universe to refine my eyes and other organs.
I am able to use gas, liquid, and solid states manipulation. I am able to an substance into gas, liquid, and solid state as I need. This ability is very helpful in forging and creation of magic items. Helpful for purifying metals and objects.
I use lightning and magnetic force to temper myself and other objects. I can use it to attack with lightning and magnetic force. It is very helpful In shaping magic items. I can use it defense and boost self. The lightning and magnetic force can use for control objects and self.
I use rainbow lights to purify and evolve self and organs. I am able to use the rainbow to travel and heal. I am able to make rainbow sword and beams to attack.
I use the tree to become a druid of sorts. I am able to evolve and growth of plants. The plants can be controlled at genetic and life level. I grow Tao fruits. My 6 organs. The brain, heart, liver, lungs, spleen, and kidney.
I use the fire to refine body, godhead, soul, spirit, and energy. The fire to refine weapons and tools. I can also refine medicine.
I use the universe light to have infinite possibilities. I can use it to create. The universe light can maintain and destroy stuff. universe light is a power that is omnipotent. It can do anything possible. It is the power of creation and destruction. It is like initial light of universe. there is much unknown about universe. Mana is water. I figure it out that mana represents water in this world through research. The world is made from frost gaint body. So the element that represents magic would be water because frost gaint represents water and ice elements.
My rune body and godhood helps my create runes and enchanted items with runes and magic. My rune godhead stores various knowledge of runes, deductions various runes, makes runes, rune nature, rune words, rune scripts, rune books, rune tablets, rune adaptation, rune adjustments, and improving runes.
I believe my abilities will help the tribe. I can teach my knowledge and cultivation methods. I will continue to study runes and explore the possibilities of runes. Make more rune computer and knowledge about 0s and 1s code system. I made a magic books and stone tablets to records knowledge and information about cultivation methods.
"I left back ups information about cultivation and discovery about how the world works. Water is mana because the universe is made by gaint body. I left equipments just in case of emergency and defense." Said I to my mother.

I went to meet up with Astrid at the mage training area. I waited by the door.
"Halt. What are you doing here." Said the guard

I waited a while reviewing what I would teach her. I heard the door open and the guards came with Astrid in tow.
"I am so happy we are meeting up" said Astrid
"We are going to train together and I am going to teach you my knowledge" said I

We went to a tree house i made for training purposes. We climb up the ladder to get inside a room filled with runes to help train.

I began the long process of training her in cosmic breathing. We discussed the way to breath to gather and condensed energies like spirit, mana, and lifeforce. I help her improve by using runes to control training conditions. We spend years pass by. We are 30 years old and she is at top of fire stage and formed a mana godhead and body.

We were at I for a month before she showed. We wait a year for twins to be born a boy and girl. I named the boy Beowulf. Biowolf had lifeforce godhead and body when born. The girl named Ylva. She had a spirit godhood and body.
I show my children to my mom and Astrid 's parents.

I began to build armor for My wife and mom. It became blue knight armors. I made 7 orbs sets that can boost mana godhead power. I made a rune barrier around the village to protect the place and people. I begun to make a mech I can use to fight.
I have a bad feeling something coming. I put my children in my mom's care and begun to prepare to fight. I believe Ragnarok is coming.

The wolves getting close to sun and moon. I put on my armor and mech. I grab a rune book for fast casting from the book for runes. I bring my sword as well. I deal with with the sun wolf first with rune magic and cause it to explode from the runes I put in its eyes and brain killing it. I then use my sword to cut moon wolf in half from the waist. I save the sun and moon.
Fenrir who ate Odin. I begun to prepare to fight Fenrir. I breath deeply and quickly. I use my runes and thunder to sent my sword flying quickly. I use electric magnetic force to rain gun my sword into a deadly one time weapon. It hits Fenrir and sends blood and flesh everywhere. I call my wife for a another sword. I use the same tactic to kill the black dragon Nidhogg.
Then I went back to the village to rest because I am tired. I take off the mech and armor down. I keep the book by my side. I went to sleep on my wife knees.
I wake up to explodes and fire raining down. I get up to think of a way to fight a fire gaint. I came up with a freezing runes and put them on my book and staff. I begun to put on armor and mech. I grab my book and staff. I go out to freeze many fire gaints as I could and prepare to fight Surtr. I go put runes of freezing all over my body, armor, books, and staff. I then grab Surtr as he stab me with his sword and the I explored into ice the cover miles taking Surtr with me. I feel i am in a weird place again.
