I began training myself in earnest. I focus on my mana heart. I felt the mana in the air, water, earth, and everywhere pluses and flows. Mana is wave and particle properties. Mana influence the world through flow and manifesting it's power. Mana is closely related to conscience sea and spiritual power.
The mana and spiritual powers are similar but not the same. The mana is a manifestation of spirit and different from spirit itself when interacting with elements, laws, principles, cycle, and rules of the world.
Mana and spirit has light and dark sides. Mana and spirit reforces each other.
Runes are what happens when mana, spirit, and rules of the world interacts with each other.
Spirit and mana has infinite possibilities. Mana heart is the core of my tree in connection of spirit, mana, and lifeforce. Mana is the energy of the world while spirit is self. Mana is lifeblood of the world tree with lifeforce. Spirit helps shape the world and mana. Mana must cycle from low to high and high to low. Mana tides and is like a sea. Spirit interconnected with each other to from a conscience sea that influence everyone and everything. Spirit can effect each other to raise or lower each other. Thinking and knowledge can change the world.
Runes can effect spirit, mana, lifeforce, and everything. Runes are closes associated with mana. Runes are everywhere and effect everything.
Mana is part of this world. I figuring out mana fruit to my tree within myself with spirit fruit.
I feel my lungs starting to breath in mana, laws, rhythm, and runes. My tree is starting to be able to be self providing my own air to breath. My tree starts to grow a rune fruit. The rune fruit provides me with runes breathing. I am able to breath a certain way to get rune blessings. I can breath thunder, wisdom, mind, soul, spirit, and brain runes to make my brain work faster and clearer. I can breath many magical elements. Light and dark rune breathing effects both brain and heart.
Light and dark runes are not good or evil. Dark runes depends on want the user desires. Light runes depends on desires as well. Dark runes can be everywhere light is not. Light runes can dispels dark runes. Dark runes swallow light runes. Two sides are the same. Light and darks runes can change into one another through extremes. Light and dark are similar to yin and yang.
I start to understand lifeforce. Everything is interconnected with each other. Life depends on many things and elements. Life is vital and vitality of everything. Life cycles from birth to youth to adulthood to old age and stops at death.
Change can bring in a new cycle of life though. Change can gives life meaning to some.
Life and death are connected to each other. Death cannot be without life being once alive.
Life is evoultion and change. Life can continue in offspring, genes, spirit, and heart. Life is force to be recognized, powerful, and strong can find a way to live.
Life force became a life force fruit that improves and heals my life focre and lifespan. Life is an unstoppable force of nature.
Spleen is the body power represents the body. Body power becomes body fruit that improves and heals the body. Body fruit has many mysteries to uncover. Body fruit makes me discover my physical potential more quickly. Body fruit is power within the body itself. Body becomes strong, endurance, and durable.
The kidneys represents genetic power. Genetic power is genetic fruit that improves and heals the genes of self and tree. Genes fruit is a power that evolves and adapt to the environment, poisons, and attacks.
The organs, fruits, and tree cycles the power through self and world to improve and repair myself and the tree. Visualization the rainbow lights tree, organs, and fruit doing it's magic and cycle infinite power.
I lit the rainbow light tree on fire. The effect to be able to refine the fruits on tree to make a godhead. Godhead is rainbow crystal that contains my power, laws, understanding, and runes. Godhead is a more advanced brain, intelligence, or computer. I use my godhead to advance my runes research and usage. I made rune computer to help my deductions.
I use my fire that tree shape with various colors to refine my computer to improve its performance. I then use my godhead and computer to make designs for my armor. The armor cover my body completely and looks like knight armor from medieval ages. The color is silver overall. The seen parts are metal outer layer. The inner layer is made of plants for comfort. I decided to forge my armor with my fire, magic, life, spirit, blood, and runes. The armor I made is light weight and offers protection from curses and attacks. The armor also provides a detailed map of my inner body for healing and strengthen purposes. I can monitor my energy levels.
I strengthen my meridians through physical, mana, life, runes, genetic, and spiritual exercises methods. I use my fire to refine my meridians to unblock and clean them. The fire also strengthen my meridians. I use the fire for my acupuncture points to unlock and strengthen them.
I am using my godhead and rune computer to make a rune formulation for body and magic strengthening. I made the runes strengthening for myself to become stronger.
I made visualization that strengthening the mind through meditation on my rainbow fire tree and godhead.
My life force is strengthen through the mediation and rune body methods.
I began on mastering my powers though shape change. I molded my fire to become various shapes. The fire formed a box, stick, stone, waterfall, river, cloud, and sea.
I use my fire for cooking to see how effective the fire is. The fire pretty great at making meat tender and juice. The meat has a bonus effect on body and genetic strenghening.
I do squats where I bend my legs down the up and down multiple times. I also do horse stance where my legs are apart bend my knees and stuck in stomach. Running is something I reluctant do.
I am studying how animals moves for inspiration. I mostly look at birds and their flying and eating habits. I sometimes look at woves. The woves Running and hunting actions. I made glass lens and metal pipe to see farther from a distance to watch animals. I use bird moves for balance acts. Wolf moves I use them for tactics for pack attacks.
I did some sculpting of wood and stone animals to remember the actions the animals did and to better my control over self and powers. I made wolf, owl, and eagle statues.
I take medical baths. I made med baths with rosemary, sage, eucalyptus, peppermint, Epson salt, lavender, yarrow, and calendula with water that i heat using my personal fire to refine the ingredients and make the bath warm. I add the ingredients for health and stress relief.
I then refined body, genes, liver, kidney, and spleen with my divine flames. I then take medical baths after done body refining. I repeat this process many times until my divine body is refined.
I then begin to refine my brain and godhead with the fire to improve my spirit.
I refined my mana, runes, lungs, and heart with rainbow fire. I improve my energy levels and might.
I do push up and sit ups. I also swim in a pool of water I made.
I am doing exercises to fully control my body naturally. I believe swimming is the vest way to exercise the body.
I do exercises to fully control myself and all my power. I make energy shapes and forms. I make circles and boxes shape. I made animals that doesn't move out of energy. I then start to make moving animals made of energy.
I use my powers to make items like books from trees. I also made stone slabs from rock. I made the books and stone slabs to record and write down what I believe is important and reflect on my training. I believe that writing down my ideas is important to improve myself.
I began to refine sun light into right eye in the morning for purple gas or qi. My sight strengthen immensely. My eye can capture more details and helps me react quickly. I refine moonlight into left eye. My eye more spiritual. I found that I feel more intuitive about the world around me. I feel like I am opening a 3rd eye in the forehead which a use the universe lights to refine my 3rd eye. My 3rd eye is senses the spiritual sea more easily with my left eye assisting.
I was able to catch universe light which I am using to refine my brain and godhead. My brain improved and looks like a universe shaped as a brain. My godhead is a crystal universe. I use universe lights to refine my body and organs into a stronger and improve self. I feel myself one with the universe.
I have to continue refining my body and organs with universe light. My organs look like universes. My body is more perfect. I feel if I continue to train my body like this I will become a universe into itself. I feel that I world not be able to interact with my friends and family like a gaint being. I put a stop to my training for now. I am feeling a bottleneck into body like universe.
My tree light fire is looking more like world tree here with the universe lights absorbed. I feel that I have ways to improve myself. I just have to come up with the ideas and inspiration. I believe the thoughts I need will come to me. I just need to be patient and ready.
