Inside the commander's tent, Orochimaru looked at Shikakuro, who had placed a report in front of him.
"Do you know him?"
Hearing the question, Orochimaru thought of the meeting he had had before, and a chuckle escaped his lips.
"I don't," he said with an amused smile and looking at him, Shikakuro understood he wouldn't get any answer in return.
"Anyways, are you done with your work?" Shikakuro asked and looked at Orochimaru, who read the report on Akane. When he was done reading the report, he understood what Tsunade meant.
'He hasn't shown everything here. If he did, then Tsunade wouldn't have mentioned this.'
"What do you think?" Shikakuro asked while focusing on Orochimaru's face. The reaction he was expecting didn't appear on his face, and when he thought of Orochimaru's genius, he understood why Orochimaru wouldn't be surprised.
If only he knew that Orochimaru had already met Akane and talked with Tsunade before he had come to meet him.
"He is good, much better than many in the camp."
Hearing Orochimaru's words, Shikakuro stared at him for some time before shaking his head. He understood that Orochimaru wouldn't tell what he had in his mind since Akane seemed to be related to Tsunade. Even if he did know anything, Orochimaru wouldn't say anything to him.
"Anything else? If not, I will take my leave as I need to rest."
Shikakuro shook his head at Orochimaru's words. He didn't get what he wanted to hear from Orochimaru, but he did come to know that Tsunade hadn't even told Orochimaru about Akane. When Orochimaru left the tent, Shikakuro looked at the dustbin with a thoughtful face. A sigh escaped his lips, and keeping his gaze on the dustbin, he murmured, "I don't want to take any sides for now."
Outside the tent, Orochimaru had returned to his cold face, the face that made him known as Cold lord Orochimaru, and he turned his head to look in a direction.
"I wonder if I will find something even more interesting, kukukuku!"
Murmuring those words, Orochimaru disappeared from his place and not far away from there, a ROOT Ninja disappeared from his place to inform his captain about Orochimaru and his presence in the camp.
A day has passed by since then.
Outside the camp, Tsunade and Akane stood with a scroll in their hands. Not far away from them stood an 'ANBU' ninja who was supposed to follow them, but because of the person beside him, he couldn't move.
"Orochimaru-Sama, I am under Hokage-Sama's orders."
Orochimaru didn't bother to respond to the ninja's words. He just had to stay there for a few minutes as asked by Tsunade, who didn't want anyone to see what they were going to do.
'This is getting more and more interesting. Hiding things from the teacher, I wonder what Tsunade plans to do, or maybe it's not Tsunade but someone else.'
Thinking of First Hokage's wife, Mito Uzumaki, Orochimaru could still remember the time when he met her, and sensed the malevolent presence sealed inside her. To be able to suppress a tailed beast inside the body, Orochimaru had to say that the Uzumaki Clan was amazing.
'If only that hadn't happened... Anyways, my work is done here.'
When he noticed that he couldn't sense Tsunade and Akane's presence, Orochimaru disappeared from the place. The 'ANBU' Ninja stood there for a moment, but when he was about to move away, a white-coloured thing covered him and took him away.
Akane, who was following Tsunade, got the message from Zetsu, and a grin appeared on his face.
'Send other Zetsu around and find the ninjas from Rain and Rock village,'
Replying, Akane looked at Tsunade, who seemed to have a lost expression on her face.
"What happened?" Akane asked Tsunade, and hearing his words, Tsunade, who was thinking about yesterday's talk, came to her senses, and she replied, "Just thinking about that shitty plan. I wonder what would happen if not us but someone else was framed this way."
"Not everyone can be used for this plan. The person should have a high reputation and prestige in the village, like you and your team, Sakumo Hatake, the two elders, etc."
Tsunade looked at Akane, who had an expressionless face when he said those words. She wondered what was going on in his mind, but when he connected his words and remembered what he said, a surprised look appeared on her face.
"Am I thinking what you thought?" "Maybe, I won't know unless you say so."
"The two elders..." Tsunade said and saw the smile appearing on Akane's face. A chuckle escaped her lips as she thought of the plan, but she shook her head and said, "Consult grandma before doing anything. I think now is not the time for something big to happen in Konoha."
Akane rolled his eyes at Tsunade's words and looked at her with a deadpan expression on his face. Looking at his expression, Tsunade understood what he was thinking, but she had become shameless enough to stare at him and act as if she didn't understand his words.
"Tsk Tsk,"
The unaware look on Tsunade's face made Akane understand how thick her skin had become, and he shook his head. Seeing him like this, Tsunade chuckled, and Akane looked at her laughing face with a soft smile on his face.
