Chapter 66 - Chapter 66: Meeting of the Three Factions

Chapter 66: Meeting of the Three Factions

Harry watched intently as the faction leaders spoke. At times, they seemed to avoid certain topics and were evasive, but soon they reached the main topic: Kokabiel.

Harry could only smile as he watched Azazel sulk slightly before ordering them to sign a peace treaty between the three sides. He glanced at Rias, who gave him a sideways glance. From that, Harry knew that Azazel had actually known about Kokabiel's movements and had used this to sign a peace treaty between the three sides.

"While it's great to have peace between our sides, I'm still worried about two things," Azazel said as he placed his elbows on the table and interlaced his fingers, hiding a small smile behind his hands.

"What could that be?" Michael asked, looking carefully at Azazel.

"Well... there's the new group called the Khaos Brigade, who, it seems, are led by Ophis Ouroboros herself. Shemhaza, one of my generals, has found important information that reveals several groups within this organization. Even descendants of past heroes."

Everyone frowned upon hearing this information, even Vali, who hadn't expected Azazel to actually obtain this information. Although he knew the man was cunning and could extract information from Ophis, he never thought he would obtain information about the descendants of heroes or other factions of the Khaos Brigade, at least not so soon.

"The other thing actually has to do with someone in this room; I'm very curious, Princess Gremory... What is your true objective?" Azazel asked directly while looking at Rias.

"Ara?... What could that possibly mean?" Rias asked lightly while tilting her head slightly. "I don't think I've done too much to be a danger to the three factions."

"Oh..." Azazel murmured. "So you haven't established a certain relationship with the Hindu pantheon?"

"Hmm..." Rias placed her hand on her chin as she thought for a moment. "I think at this point, the vast majority of the supernatural world knows about my battle with Indra. I don't think I'm hiding anything else."

"Indra wouldn't let you go so easily; even if it was a draw, there was still Sun Wukong there, as well as other Buddhas who might have attacked in a moment of weakness."

Rias looked at him somewhat coldly, but then simply waved her hand.

"Why don't you just ask me what you want? I don't feel like playing games of intrigue."

Azazel laughed even harder: "I want Grigori to be a part of your eternity."

"Ara... And here I am, thinking that you, the Governor-General of Grigori, actually just wanted to let your race slowly die out. But now you want them to be a part of something else?"

"Is that true, Azazel?" Michael asked in surprise. He, like Serafall and Sirzechs, simply remained silent as they watched and listened to the discussion. But now, Michael couldn't remain silent upon hearing something so important.

Azazel smiled wryly.

"We have the smallest population, and our birth rate isn't increasing. Of course, I have no problem opening my arms to any angel who falls from the sky, but that's unrealistic. All things considered, the fallen don't have as much of a chance of survival as devils or angels anyway."

"Ufufufu~," Rias laughed happily as she looked at Azazel.

"You want me to accept the fallen?... Fine, but... what can you offer me?" Rias had no problem with Azazel knowing about Aeternum, which was slowly forming. In fact, it would be strange if he hadn't discovered anything.

After all... the clues Rias had left at every turn were obvious, especially since they were left especially for Azazel.

"What is eternity?" Serafall asked curiously as she looked at Rias; a question everyone except Harry wanted to ask.

"That's still a secret; there's no point in saying anything when you're not ready yet." Rias just smiled as she closed her eyes. But suddenly, she looked toward one of the room's windows.

"Looks like we have some unwanted guests."

"Harry... would you?"

"Well..." Harry took a step forward before the room was completely surrounded by an invisible sphere. Everyone could feel the interference this caused, but they only stared curiously. The magic in this world wasn't much different from that in Harry's world, but magic circles were used that contained certain meanings. These magic circles were formed with the spiritual energy of a wizard/witch and used certain types of runes/characters to cast magic; the circles contained a wizard's calculations: the range of the spell, its power, the area of effect, the element being used, and how it would affect something. That's why it was said that a wizard would need to use calculations to cast magic.

But since magical particles also played a role, Harry's anti-magic spell worked just as well.

At this moment, where some should have frozen, they were fine and looked outside, where a large number of wizards had appeared.

"Well, I guess it's time to leave," Harry commented, opening the window as he flew using the wind and drew his saber. At that moment, a murderous intent erupted from Harry's body as he condensed his spiritual energy along with his understanding of the truths of the saber.

Then, using the full extent of his speed, Harry appeared among the wizards and spun around as he slashed with his saber. Blood exploded in a circle as bodies split and fell lifeless to the ground.

"Why can't I use my magic?!" one of them cried in alarm, but that moment was used by Harry to appear in front of the wizard and slash him down.

Although he was frowning, Harry was sensing and observing his surroundings with Observation Haki. He hadn't noticed him before, or rather, a person who hadn't been there before now appeared. She stood calmly, waiting for her perfect moment to appear.

"I don't know if more powerful people will appear later; it's best to stop playing around," Harry muttered and raised the index and middle fingers of his left hand, holding them close to his chin, as if it were a small sword.

"Saber Truth: Blood Prison Sutra"

The moment Harry finished naming his ability, a bloody intent spread throughout the academy. The blade of his saber seemed to show traces of blood, and his two fingers moved in conjunction with his sword, both in opposite directions.

Inside the room, Rias showed a trace of surprise at seeing Harry's ability.

She could sense traces of a law in those movements!

Just like her, who understood the law of destruction, Harry seemed to be understanding a law himself. Rias had named her understanding of destruction this way. She didn't know what to call something that reached the ranks of God, so she simply decided to call it a law. After all, things like the elements of nature, creation, destruction, life and death, could all be considered laws of the universe.

The wizards could do nothing; they only saw a trace of energy before everything went dark for them. The many wizards who had appeared were now completely chopped up; blood gushed from their blood vessels and rained down on their ruined bodies. They were all left with ruined, severed bodies; their bones turned to dust, and a pool of blood formed on the ground!

This wasn't a saber law, nor was it some kind of intention.

Harry's spiritual energy had been galvanized into the blood within his opponents by the slashes of his saber. In this way, Harry sliced, crushed, and exploded the wizards' bodies.

He didn't know it yet, but he was beginning to understand the law of blood! A part of the law of life!

Inside the room, whether in the groups or in the leaders, everyone was in shock at the sight of such a massacre. Even Vali, who always sought a good fight, didn't want to fight Harry.

The hidden person growled angrily before raising her hand and attacking using her demonic power. But she didn't aim at Harry; no, her attack shot out of her hand and traveled to the wall of the room, causing it to explode and leave the room open for everyone to see.

"Katarea Leviathan!" some exclaimed in surprise.

Rias exhaled in exasperation; she didn't want to be in this place anymore. But she smiled anyway, looking at Vali.

"Won't you help her, Vali Lucifer?" she asked, to everyone's disbelief.

"Lucifer?" Sona commented with a frown.

"Oh... yes, of course, that was a secret," Rias placed her hand over her mouth as she laughed lightly.

Vali immediately frowned and said, "I really want to know where you're getting so much information."

"So, you really are a descendant of Lucifer," Sirzechs said seriously.

"This is unexpected," Michael frowned.

"You should stop talking so much useless stuff!" Katarea said angrily. "False Maou, you won't leave this place alive today!"

Rias pursed her lips, disgusted with the woman's arrogance. If she couldn't even differentiate the amount of power, or even more so, the number of powerful existences in this place against her and Vali, then she was nothing more than a fool.

Deciding this was pointless, she raised her finger and pointed it at Katarea, firing a bullet of destructive power. The attack didn't even make a sound, and it seemed as if it had been teleported away. When it pierced Katarea's body, she barely felt a thing.

She only realized something was wrong when everyone stared at her in disbelief and a hint of horror. Her body was disintegrating into dust. First, it was the spot near her abdomen, where the bullet of destruction had pierced. And from there, it slowly spread to her sides and hips, leaving a huge hole in her body.

There was no blood... nor pain... Katarea Leviathan could only watch as her body slowly crumbled to dust. She couldn't even speak. In the end, all she could manage was an expression of anger, which in seconds turned to resignation and then helplessness.

"Can you sign that peace now?" Rias asked as everyone stared at her like owlish eyes, blinking repeatedly.

Harry landed on the spot and smiled a little.
