The person who broke the silence in the courtroom was King Vladislav. "Then, how did you survive while Andrei died with his head split apart from his body?"
"Did you see the giant block of ice in the middle of the field earlier, Your Majesty?"
"Yes."
"When I thought I was going to end up at the hands of my own father, the ice block suddenly broke and a demon emerged from inside. A battle ensued between Andrei and the demon."
"Did the demon only attack Andrei?"
"That's right, Your Majesty. It seems that the demon was somehow hostile towards Andrei. Then, when Andrei killed the demon and it disappeared, I took advantage of Andrei's weakness and..."
