"Do you know where the girls are staying? I'd appreciate it if you could show me," Roman spoke, and the maid nodded almost immediately.
"Follow me," She muttered as she turned around, leading Roman to the room.
Roman followed behind, passing other maids who bowed their heads as Roman walked by. Even though the maids there had seen him many times, they still couldn't get their eyes off Roman, staring at him till he was out of sight.
They arrived at the room, and the maid pointed to it and then walked away. Roman knocked on the door before pushing it open.
This particular room was much bigger than him, and it had ten beds in total. The room was built to accommodate ten people all at once.
At the end of the room, Roman saw Joanna sitting on one of the beds. She was curled up with her knees drawn to her chest, her face buried between them, and her back pressed against the wall.
