Jason felt like everyone was speaking a language he wasn't understanding, because there is no way he had just heard the words baby. There was no way Cael would ever be careless about something like this, even drunk. The annoying man was a control and overcautious freak down to his bones. No way he would ever be careless about something as important as the future of the pack. Something wasn't adding up, or was this some sort of twisted blackmail??
He snapped his head to Cael at a neck breaking speed. "Uhn Ca... Alpha Cael, please can you explian to me what they are claiming right now?"
Alpha Wren bristled with anger. "Alpha Cael, I don't understand the absolute insubordination you allow in your pack but please tell this pea brain of your beta that he is accusing a respectable alpha of lying." He growled out through clenched teeth.
