Carlos arrived at the hospital he had seen Anna. He gently walked in… for some reason, he was in no rush.
First is, he suspects that Anna's death is somewhat related to illness. For her name to appear on Death's list is something he could not accept. Maybe Fate and Karma could be accepted, but death! No way.
It simply means that once her time is up, Death would open an opportunity towards Anna and the grim reaper would heartlessly strike.
They even refused to tell him how she was supposed to die so — he would find out himself.
The plan he laid out is to visit the hospital and then threaten Ezekiel. He is someone who he had tasked with keeping an eye on Anna so he must have seen the truth already.
But the thing is, Ezekiel was trapped behind a seal in the throne hall which means that it would be difficult to speak to him.
Carlos met the registrar and offered a gentle smile.
