The power of Aura released through his fist, forming sky-blue energy that shot toward the tree.
"Bang!"
In mere moments, the large tree struck by the sky-blue Aura energy was severed cleanly in half.
"That's more than enough. Basically, I don't need to fear Pokémon attacking me directly, because with you here, enemy Pokémon can't even reach me. What I'm really concerned about are bullets and similar weapons—those are the real problems."
"Now that I possess the power of Aura, even if an unexpected situation occurs, I can both attack and defend myself. Combined with my Psychic abilities for protection, I essentially don't need to worry about my personal safety anymore."
"Lucario, thank you for your guidance."

Eddie thought for a moment and knew that the entity flying toward him had to be Mewtwo.

Eddie responded to Mewtwo this way. As long as any person or Pokémon is thinking clearly, they'll naturally feel satisfaction after overcoming a formidable enemy.

If measured by Legendary Pokémon standards, those above level 100 almost never level up again, because the experience required for such advancement would be astronomically high.
Furthermore, where in the world could one even level up a Legendary Pokémon? Aren't all Pokémon above level 100 themselves Legendary? Would you need to battle other Legendary Pokémon just to gain experience?
