"I have heard stories about you since I came to this realm. Many people have been praising you," Tie Ling said. Taiyi stared at his daughter with a gentle smile on his face." Does your mother know about this?" Taiyi asked." No. She doesn't. I saw a picture of you in her library and then asked questions. Many books have also been written about you," Tie Ling said as she lied in Taiyi's arms with a smile on her face. Taiyi smiled at this. No matter how old she had become to him she was still just a child." Mom and I once went back to Qin state in the mortal realm. At that time she was nostalgic and seemed to be lost in her thoughts," Tie Ling said." I also went back to the empire but I had to leave after a while as yhe heavenly dao cannot tolerate my existence," Taiyi said as he played with his daughter's hair. Meanwhile as Taiyi and his daughter were busy catching up, in a place far away, there was a large army that had gathered and was ready to go to war. At this moment the armies were ready for departure and were only awaiting further instructions. In a tent not far away, the leaders of the army were in the middle of a heated discussion. They were still angry over the fact that their armies had suddenly been deployed while they had agreed that they would be given time to rest and to recuperate. They had just fought recently and now they were being deployed to fight again on another battlefield which was totally different. The leaders of the army were busy gossiping while wondering about the reason for their sudden deployment. After a while, the higher ups started to arrive at the meeting camp where the leaders of the army had gathered. After they had all arrived and settled, Elliot appeared and sat on the throne in the centre. He sat down and did not speak. He only watched as the higher ups and the leaders of the army were busy conversing about the battle." My lord, I am afraid that we no longer have the necessary resources to begin another war. If we were to start a war right now with another world I am afraid that we stand no chance, " one of the higher ups said with a slight bow." Oh! Why do you say so?" Elliot asked with a calm smile." My lord, most of our soldiers are still busy recuperating after the last war so they cannot be used. The few that can be used can barely fight so unless we deploy our elite soldiers i am afraid we will suffer severe losses," another leader said." Use the holy spring to heal the wounds of our soldiers and deploy the elites. We have to win this battle at all cost so make sure that you make the necessary arrangements. Prepare the soldiers to start moving a month from now," Elliot said as he stared at the leaders below him. This might probably be the last battle that he fought but he did not care about this. All that he cared about was whether Taiyi would be a worthy opponent or not. The heavenly dao was pressuring him to attack Taiyi so he had to do so as he was bound to the heavenly dao. If the heavenly dao weakened then he would also weakened and now that Taiyi was a threat to the heavenly dao he knew that he had to deal with Taiyi as soon as possible. The soldiers were ready to start matching after about a month of recuperation just as Elliot had ordered. At this moment Taiyi who was in the heavenly realm had already received news of the sudden deployment but he was not bothered by this fact as he knew that what was to come will eventually come. When he arrived ,Feng Jiu was not in her room so Taiyi spread out his divine sense to look for her. After a while he found her seated at the rooftop while staring at the sky. There was a bottle of wine before her. Taiyi took the bottle and sat next to her while also staring at the night sky." When did you come back?" Feng Jiu asked." I was with Tie Ling. Thank you for taking care of her all these years on your own," Taiyi said as he took a sip of the wine." I heard that you went back to the mortal realm a while back?" Feng Jiu asked." Yes. I wanted to take a look at the Qin state," Taiyi replied." Tye last time I checked it. It is now a prosperous state and it has managed to unite the whole mortal realm. It is stronger than before and there are no longer records of Tai Jian ans Hongchen," Feng Jiu said." A lot of the records were altered and only a few people know of us. I made sure to hide most of our belongings and memories but even then I could not wipe the memories of our experience in the mortal realm," Taiyi answered as he stared at Feng Jiu.
