Owen nodded. "The men we sent over caught him before he could leave the country. He's being transported here now."
For the first time that night, some of the tension left Alexander's shoulders.
Henry sat up fully on the couch. "Well..." he muttered impressed, "that's efficient."
Barrett smirked proudly. "By sunrise," he said, voice cold and certain, "the Maximus family will cease to exist."
The room fell silent for a moment. Henry slowly grinned. "So what exactly is my role here?" he said, cracking his knuckles lightly, "do I lead a team to destroy the family estate or what?"
"That's already being handled," Barrett replied calmly. "Damien's wife and daughter are being brought in alongside him. As for the rest of his people..." His gaze darkened. "They'll be taken care of."
Alexander stared at Barrett for a second before a tired smile tugged faintly at his lips. "That's impressive, old man," he admitted. "You still got game."
