Chapter 108 - Ch 108. The Final Stretch I x Heavenly Tranfer Technique

As the conversation between the escort group, Ron, Tsunade, and the others gradually wound down, it was finally time to head back. The earlier exchange had left more than a few lingering impressions. Tsunade, Katsuya, and Kurama were still quietly digesting the discovery of Ron's strength and the subtle weight of his intentions, while the others, in turn, had been taken aback by Tsunade's immediate warmth and unguarded openness.

During the walk, Ron spoke freely about a variety of subjects, his tone light yet his words often carrying deeper meaning. Others joined in, adding their own thoughts, and the atmosphere felt unusually relaxed for a group of such diverse backgrounds. Yet, there were still things Ron kept to himself. He did not mention that the Yin–Yang chakra extraction technique he had demonstrated was, in essence, a completely new form of chakra, one that could be considered a bloodline limit in its own right. This meant that the descendants of those who successfully mastered it would likely inherit the ability innately, even if only partially, and not as strongly due to age and strength limitations. Such individuals would appear naturally gifted in matters related to chakra, the body, and the spirit, giving them a notable advantage from birth.

Ay, who had been fidgeting with impatience, finally spoke up without restraint. "Brother, I'm heading back first. Have you finished researching the Heavenly Transfer Technique? If you have, can you send me home with it?"

Ron met his gaze and nodded with a faint smile. "Yes, I've experimented with the technique and modified it. It's safe now. The research department has already started using it in different projects and has standardized it for material transport. We've tested it thoroughly, but for the moment, only a handful of transfer points exist, mainly in Anbu facilities, and for covert operations, we've also tested it for living transport. We want to keep it as a hidden trump card, so we haven't made it public. I have one of these transfer points set up in my research center at our home. I'll send you directly there."

As Ron finished speaking, chakra-infused seals began to bloom outward from beneath his feet, spreading across the ground in intricate patterns that raced toward Ay. The designs formed a complex circular array, reminiscent of a magic or summoning circle, composed of densely packed, arcane-looking characters.

In moments, Ay stood within a cylindrical barrier of translucent chakra, the faint hum of spatial energy surrounding him. The barrier pulsed briefly, confirming both his range and volume for transfer. Unlike the original version of the Heavenly Transfer Technique, which required forming hand seals and actively sensing the target location or a person, this variant was keyed to pre-established spatial coordinates. The one Ron was using now was locked to the receiver array in his private laboratory beneath the Raikage residence.

The transition was seamless. As the seals completed their spread, those watching could barely comprehend what had just happened. A few among the group, who were already familiar with Ron's abilities, took it in stride. But for the rest, it was nothing short of astonishing. While some ninjutsu could be performed without hand seals, it was rare, and certain chakra manipulations bypassed traditional gestures; no one had ever heard of a sealing-based teleportation executed without a single hand seals or movement, except perhaps for Katsuya and Kurama, who had both seen and used techniques without seals, one being a literal slug as the main body, the other being a tallied beast incarnation of chakra and natural energy.

Ay glanced around from within the barrier, his stance relaxed but ready. Ron gave him a nod. "Alright then. See you at home, brother."

Ay returned the nod with a grin. In the next instant, the entire barrier and everything it contained vanished in a clean flash of light, leaving only a faint ripple in the air where he had stood due to the sudden vacuum.
