NOTE: I have a certain need to clarify some things, because the power ranks in the Douluo are weird and many people think that the Douluo Universe is weak. Which is only partially true...
If we use the scale of Multidimensional Beings, then up to the Five-Dimensional Beings, yeah, they would be right, because it's rather underwhelming. Especially if we are talking about the Mortal Realms and even the True God Ranks.
Compared to the other cultivation verses, they were rather low on the power spectrum, but this rapidly changes after crossing into the Six-Dimensional Space.

Multidimensional Levels
* I have expanded the original Multidimensional Levels to better suit my story, but most of them remain rather unchanged, and this ranking is more or less taken from the wikia and its canon.
One-Dimensional Level: Consists of an infinite number of connected points forming a straight line. Movement is limited to forward and backward along this line.
Two-Dimensional Level: Forms a plane created by the intersection of two perpendicular lines. Inhabitants perceive everything as composed of lines.
Three-Dimensional Level: Adds a vertical dimension to create solid three-dimensional space. Most known planets and races, including humans, exist in 3-D space.

True God Level / Immortal Level
Four-Dimensional Level: Introduces a timeline to 3-D space, creating a multidimensional timeline with fused 3-D spaces. Practitioners who reach the God level gain the ability to traverse space and time by entering 4-D space.

Five-Dimensional Level: Expands upon 4-D space by adding another temporal axis, allowing the observation of different parallel universes at the same point in time. Divine Realms possess abilities related to 5-D space, influencing the Universe and celestial bodies. God Positions are concepts anchored in the Fifth Dimensional Divine Realm, and they grant Gods unique abilities and powers.
* Ranks 150 - 169
Higher-Dimensional Level
Six-Dimensional Level: Incorporates Time and Space in a unique way. It builds upon 5-D space by adding a higher axis representing the Time and Space of all future and past events in parallel timelines.
Beings in 6-D space can freely manipulate Time and Space, and they have escaped the shackles of Time and exist outside of Time and Space itself. Once someone reaches this realm, they can comprehend [Existence], which makes them very hard to kill.
* Rank 170 - 179
Seven-Dimensional Level: Represents a connection of infinite possibilities from one point to another, forming a line that represents 7-D space. Beings at this level could freely traverse through the alternative timelines, and to kill them, one needs to kill every single one of their variations.
* Rank 180 - 189
Eight-Dimensional Level: Created when the timelines of two seven-dimensional universes intersect. Beings in 8-D space can traverse different multiverses, each with its own distinct laws. Not constrained by the Multiverse, their [Existence] is engraved to the very essence of Time and Space of the Chaos Universe.
* Rank 190 - 199
Nine-Dimensional Level: Adds a rule line for creating universe laws to 8-D space. Beings in 9-D space can freely alter these Universe Laws as they see fit. They are above the concepts of Reincarnation, Life, and Death, and partially detached from Fate itself.
* Rank 199 and ???
Ten or Zero-Dimensional Level: There is no difference between 10-D Space and 0-D Space. This is the highest dimension, represented as a single point with infinite time and space. It contains all universes, all possibilities, all time, and everything else. It is also the primordial void before existence. A singular, formless point containing infinite potential.
True Omniscience, Omnipresence and Omnipotence. Beings at this Level have Detached and Transcended Fate and concepts like True Death.

Classification of the Worlds
* This contains the division of the World, primarily focused on the Douluo Universe, which is the main focus of the story
Chaos Universe -> Realmverse -> Territory -> Chaosworld -> Galaxy -> Star Cluster -> Star System -> Planet
* One Chaosworld could contain two or three Galaxies for a smaller Chaosworld, to several tens of them.
* A Territory is a collection of several Chaosworlds
* Realmverse is a collection of several Territories
* Each of these Regions in the Universe is presided over by the Divine Realm
Divine Realm Ranks:
* Douluo Universe has a limited number of the Primal Divine Realms and Cosmos Divine Realms due to the restrictions imposed by the Universal Law
* Each Divine Realm accelerates the Death of the Universe, because when the Divine Realm is created, it artificially expands the Universe while at the same time damaging the Universal Source.
Semi-Divine Realm - Cultivation Cap: Rank 100 - 129
* Gods here are Pseudo-True Gods; they have Divine Energy, but don't have God Positions or have only an extremely low number of them
Divine Realm - Cultivation Cap: Rank 130 - 159, Usually presides over the entire Chaosworld
God Star Realm - Cultivation Cap: Rank 160 - 179, Usually presides over multiple Chaosworlds
Primal Divine Realm - Cultivation Cap: Rank 180 - 189, Usually presides over the entire Territory
