Third person POV
The next day came, and they executed their plan with informing the current barangay leaders of Ruslav, who agreed right away because of the problems surrounding their few schools. So, lands for the schools were selected, cleared up for construction, and building started by near noon. Basilio and most of his circle ate their lunch in a bandito in Barangay Sierra Alidz, where its second school (the first one there was established by a few wolves from Dacuinia.) was being constructed. Cooperation and bayanihan are what make the construction fast and efficient. But they didn't sacrifice quality for efficiency of construction; they make sure that the quality is nice and strong to withstand the elements.
As for the interior and the general look of the new schools (styles varied by the preference of the community), they will have at least 2-3 classrooms (a start because of the small populations of the children in a barangay), a cafeteria (or a mess hall if preferred by the communities), a small kitchen for preparing food, a small library for books, and small offices for the teachers and headmasters for the schools. The exterior will reflect the traditional architecture because Basilio hates brutalist architecture a lot. They agreed because they knew about it and hated it badly with all their hearts.
The materials used for that will be wood, bamboo from southwestern Sierra Alidz, bricks, mortar, and tile roofing for the roofs. The construction took 1 week and 3 days, but almost everyone in the country were in full cooperation and bayanihan to get their job done. Many Hybrid Vamzom children were excited to see their new schools being done of being constructed soon, thinking about the convenience of having more schools which were easy to access even on foot. Even so, many modern public transport operators, all of whom are independent, took this as an opportunity to make new routes (if there is demand, then they will cash in) and make extra profits from it. Basilio allowed this with regulations in the fares they may charge. They agreed to his conditions.
Meanwhile, while Basilio doing his work and monitoring the construction of the new public-private schools, a Vamzom woman came to his office with a petition: to let her industry group, who were behind the locally produced clothing for the Forest Vamzoms, expand to other kinds and types of fashion. The reason why is obvious: they had been making the same type of clothes, including the Vamzom military uniform sets, for centuries and were basically bored by the same old, same old. That Vamzom woman was Neila Keller, and she was a Full-Blooded Vamzom.
