Amalia was so confident when she said those words, it almost made Aurora laugh. Laugh that this was how she had the guts to come and confess.
So this is why she was so boldly exposing herself. Because she believes Tesarius will have her back at all costs.

The sudden shrill laughter that escaped Amalia's lips had Aurora stunned to the spot, her words dying down in her throat the more her laughter grew, sending chills down her spine. Like there were things she knew that Aurora didn't. She didn't like the feeling it left in the it of her stomach.
