Elia Miller's life has always been a sad one. She lost her mother at a young age followed by her father bringing in the woman he had always loved into her home. Her stepmother and stepsister made sure to torment her from day one. Still, Elia held hope and wished for a happy life with her long-time boyfriend until he was snatched away by her stepsister. 

Blinded by betrayal and anger, she goes into the club for the first time and crosses paths with three men, not knowing their true identities as beings beyond her belief. Her life after that incident turned upside down and she should navigate through it to make it right.

"Stop right there, this isn't what we agreed on!" Elia shouted as she tried to distance away from the beast that was stalking her. His gaze locked on her like she was his prey. 

"We have a contract; you cannot do this." She tried once again to reason with the other two men that were inside the room, for the one in front of her had already lost himself. 

Even after hearing her desperate plea, the only thing she received in return was a mocking laugh, "You should have thought about that before talking to another man. How dare you? How dare you let him near you when you belong to us?" 

"I am not yours!" Elia yelled tears pooling in her eyes. 

"Denial is a dangerous game, moonshine," the man said, "Especially when you are about to be marked as ours forever"

At that moment, Elia knew. She knew that she was stuck with these monsters for this life and beyond.

This was the last place Sam wanted to be in right now. Just an hour ago, he got a shot of a new wolfsbane potion to test its potency and was still adapting to it. He wanted to make sure that it was safe for his brothers to use. Safe in the sense that as safe as it could be. Wolfsbane was a poison to shifters, and that would not change, but they had little choice left at this moment.
