Angelica groaned, she opened her eyes only to be taken back by the rays of the sun. The window was wide open and it was snowing.
She woke up with a frown. Which idiot opened the window in the middle of winter, was everyone in this castle obsessed with freezing to death.
"Who opened the window?" Angelica asked ready to scold whichever maid was responsible.
"Oh, look who is awake.".
She sat up when she heard Ian chuckle. She frowned wondering what he was still doing here.
"Good morning, your highness," she said, she moved away some hair from her face.
"Good morning. I can see that you truly enjoyed your rest, you took up the entire bed," he smiled.
It was only then that Angelica realized she was on his side of the bed. She frowned, she did not even know when she had fallen asleep, she was so sure that she would remain awake. If she had moved to his side of the bed, it meant that she must have probably touched him during the night.
