"As you wish, your highness," she simply nodded.
"Good, we need to make sure that we are on the same page. it just works better if I am aware of important things," Ian softened his tone.
He realized that he had come off sounding controlling. That was not what he had intended, he did acknowledge that, Angelica was probably not used to telling people about things that concerned her, it was the same for him. Well they both just had to get used to it.
"And I will try my best to do the same," he added.
"Alright," Angelica replied. There was nothing else to say.
Ian took a deep breath silently. To day had been a stressful day for him, he was so tired, all he wanted was to go to sleep.
He closed his eyes temporarily, he opened them when he realized that Angelica was still standing. He was wondering why she was still standing instead if being in bed.
