"So, the maid finally decided to stop hiding~..." Damien muttered with folded arms, slowly pushing his back off the wall he was leaning on.
Lillian paused in her step, standing still - her abruptness caused the woman beside her to also slow down to a halt with a curious look in her eyes.
Aurelia looked out from around Lillian's side before quickly bowing her head at the sight of Damien.
"G-greeting, sir Damien!"
She then glanced up at Lillian's face, expecting Lillian to show Damien the exact same level of respect. Instead, however, she found the Rabbit giving Damien a wary, narrowed gaze.
Unlike Aurelia, Lillian wasn't one bit surprised at the 'unexpected' appearance of the young man - in fact, she had been expecting him the moment she saved Aurelia.
She watched as Damien calmly tilted his head, looking around her and settling his gaze on Aurelia.
"Greetings to you, too, Miss. I hope this maid here hasn't done anything terrible to you~"
