"There comes our car!" The big man exclaimed excitedly. "Come on, let's hurry. The rain will get heavier."
Alfred gave a nervous chuckle. "There's no way that car will fit ten grown men. Just go on without me, my house isn't so far anymore, I can walk it."
"Oh, don't be modest. It'll fit us all."
"I don't think that's going to happen, sir?" Alfred interjected.
Thunder rumbled out of nowhere, and Alfred shrieked in shock.
"You see how scared you are of the thunder. There'll be more of it."
"I was only scared because I wasn't expecting it." He defended.
The man's voice went low, " We both know your house is still far from here. Why're you lying?"
Alfred suddenly felt a cold shiver run down his spine. Of course, the rain had been making him cold, especially since he was drenched in it, but the chills he felt were different. They were coming from the friendly looking man right in front of him.
"How'd you know?" Alfred stuttered, panic rising in his chest.
"Oh, we see you almost every day, and so we know your house isn't close at all." His voice became upbeat, like it wasn't just as cold as the weather a few seconds ago.
The car stopped in front of them, and before Alfred could say anything, he was pushed into the car, immediately followed by two men.
The big man sat at the passenger's seat while two other people sat in the back with him, close to the door, blocking his escape.
'Fuck fuck fuck!' His thoughts ran wild as he was already picturing the way he would be killed or butchered.
The remaining people stood outside the rain while the car moved.
"I thought you said the car would fit everyone?" Alfred questioned, trying to keep his voice steady.
The big man laughed out loud for a few minutes before speaking. "Are you that naive, lad?"
Alfred frowned.
"There's no way this car is going to fit nine grown ass men. It wouldn't even fit five children, so how would five men stay in it?"
"So, you should have just let them come in here instead of me."
"Don't be ridiculous, even if I'd let you stay outside, there's no way they would still be able to come in."
The god of silence descended in the car for a few minutes until the man decided to send him back.
"My name is Celeste. Nice to meet you..."
Alfred resisted the urge to blurt out what came to his mind and instead settle for something else. "The pleasure is all mine."
"Aren't you going to tell me yours?" Celeste asked after a few minutes, looking back at him.
"Alfred, Alfred Savage. Nice to meet you."
"Alfred Savage, " Celeste called. "Why does that name sound familiar?"
'Of course my name sounds familiar, you imposting kidnapper!'
The two people introduced themselves as Amin and Amid. They were twins. They weren't identical twins, but they shared some features that could make one sure they were related.
"What will you do about the other men?" Alfred suddenly asked.
"Don't worry about them. A van was right behind the car, so they'll use the van."
The car suddenly switched lanes, and as soon Alfred noticed it, he yelled.
"Where the hell are you taking me to!"
"Calm dow..."
"Let me out of here!!" He continued yelling, attempting to push open the door, but he was held back by Amin and Amid on both sides
"Get me out of here!!" He yelled again.
"Just calm down!!!" Celeste yelled back at him. It worked because Alfred immediately shut up.
"I'm sorry for yelling at you, but I just need you to calm down and listen to me. The reason we switched lanes is because, well, there's only one of you and four of us."
Alfred squinted his brows.
"Don't get me wrong, what I'm trying to say is that if we were to take you home first, and then come back here when it's raining this heavily, it sounds stupid." He shrugged.
"So, taking a stranger to your home doesn't sound strange?"
"Not really, I mean, it's not like you're the first person, so..."
Alfred opened his mouth slowly in shock and continued shouting. "Let me out of here! They're kidnapping me!! Ahhhhhh!"
He continued struggling for the door and finally grabbed the door knob.
Alfred tried opening the door and realized he couldn't. It was on auto lock.
"Boss.." Amin called.
"Knock him out." Celeste ordered with a nod.
Alfred looked back and saw a hand headed straight for his head.
"You motherf....." he was cut short as he fell on Amin, unconscious.
"The brat is extremely loud.." Celeste complained, using his pinkie to clean his ears. "I like him."
"But why go through all this trouble?" Amid questioned.
"I think Boss is obsessed with the boy. He's been watching him like a hawk for the past three months." Amin informed.
Celeste sent a glare their way. "It's not exactly obsession, but it has something to do with noticing his potential and developing it."
"So, obsession?" The man on wheels suggested, laughing to himself.
Celeste rolled his eyes at his comment. "Let's just hope he doesn't go ballistic and kill me as soon as he wakes up."
"That would be a big headache, but it won't be so bad." The driver said again, earning cheers of approval from the two men behind.
"Remind me again why I'm keeping you alive?"
"You need me to drive?" The driver answered, laughing.
Hitting his forehead, Celeste sighed. "Just focus on the road."
"Yes, Boss."
The car continued moving in silence, and in just a few minutes, it arrived at a big black gate. The gates automatically opened, and the car drove in, soon followed by a black van and a white Mercedes.
The car drove through the compound, where tall trees decorated the road till it came to a stop.
Amid opened the car and carried a sleeping Alfred outside of the car into the house. He was followed by Celeste, who walked quickly behind him.
Alfred was placed on a big couch, which looked very comfortable. The men chuckled, watching Alfred snuggle on the couch.
"Now, we wait for him to wake."
The Mercedes car also followed the same route, and a girl with pure white hair and bright grey and green eyes stepped out.
"Dad! I saw your car parked outside..."
She saw the boy lying on the couch and screamed.
"What the hell!! Why the hell is Alfred here?"
