[3rd POV]
Far off in the distance, in another plain, one that could not be seen by mortal eyes, and even the eyes of most other Gods, a figure sat. This figure was a small one, and yet he was glowing with a divine simmer.
Said figure looked like a young boy, with dark bluish hair, and was radiating and interesting gleam, something that was beyond mortal comprehension, and the comprehension of most supernatural folk.
This was Shiva, one of the Trimurti, and the strongest god in the Hindu Pantheon. He was also the third strongest God, underneath Morgan and Amaterasu. And was basically the leader of the Hindu Pantheon, alongside Vishnu and Brahma. They were also much stronger than the public knew, and were actually both stronger than Indra, who was the fourth strongest in the pantheon (and was still categorized as being in the top 10 strongest).
"...It would seem that Zeus has failed" Shiva said to himself with a calm look on his face. He did not seem remotely surprised with this fact, and looked like he had even been expecting it to go like this.
He had power that allowed him to see into the heart of individuals, and read minds. He was also fully capable of reading the future within limits, and knew Zeus enough to know how this fight was likely going to go. He had expected him to lose, but...
He had not expected for Morgan to personally wipe them all out by herself. Slaughtering dozens of Gods like they were nothing more than ants. And he was even more surprised when he had noticed that the power that she had been giving off was far higher than he had been expecting.
It was so high that he could not even begin to gaze into the true depths of her power. And that was...not exactly something that he was excited to know about. To hear that another pantheon had someone of such scale of power, that even he, the strongest in his pantheon, and a man considered to be unparalleled,
But here she was, a woman that had only truly gotten noticed a short year or so ago, and she was already surpassing him. Already rising to levels of power that even he could not truly comprehend. With only the likes of the Dragon Gods surpassing her in power.
And that was terrifying.
The other Gods in his pantheon knew next to nothing about Morgan and the level of power that she had. Thanks to that lack of knowledge on who and what she was, they seemed to believe that they had a chance against her. Their arrogance was astounding, and deeply troubling for a group like them.
It was that arrogance that could bring great ruin to their pantheon. As unlike the others in his pantheon, Shiva was fairly confident that they would stand no chance against the full might of the Heavenly Demonic Faction. A faction that now housed Gods, dozens of Super class devils, and the two strongest Gods in the entire world.
Even now, he had to deal with Indra and his attempts at drumming up the other Gods into joining the war against Morgan and her faction. He believed that if they worked with the other pantheons, and worked well together, that they could win the war, and take the spoils of war from the Faction.
These spoils would include the immense resources that the Heavenly Demonic Faction had at their disposal, including their incredibly advanced potion department that was now an official part of their government. The libraries that had some of the most advanced books in the world, as well as some of the most ancient. Including teachings and books written by Morgan herself, that had been a huge part of the reason why the faction had been on a huge jump in power at speeds that nobody could have ever anticipated.
Shiva found the idea to be absolutely moronic. The idea that they could defeat her was laughable. And the idea that they could go on to defeat her faction, which was built up of hundreds of entities of Satan class at least, was even more laughable.
"And it would seem that Morgan Zagan has made the statement that she had wanted" Shiva muttered, as he saw from afar, the woman decimating the army. And then saw as she looked up into the skies with a smile on her face, and spoke.
"If you're going to spy on me, don't be so obvious, Shiva" Morgan's voice echoed in his mind, as his eyes widened in alarm as the connection was shut off, and a groan echoed from his lips. The pain blinded him for a moment, curling through his head.
Shaking off the pain, Shiva leaned back with a sigh.
"It would seem that I have once again underestimated Morgan Zagan" Shiva muttered, understanding that the woman was beyond him, well beyond him. Not only that, but he was detected by her with laughable ease. Meaning that any sort of spying was completely impossible, and that doing so would not end well. Not for him, and not for anyone else.
It would turn out horribly if he continued to try.
"I must warn Indra of this, before he continues his idiotic attempts at rallying the rest of our people into a war we cannot win" Shiva said to himself with his decision made, as he got to his feet and marched off to inform the man, and hopefully get him to stop.
He sadly doubled it would get through to him normally, so he might have to make a bit of a...show of force in order to force the man to stop his foolish direction that would spell doom for their entire Pantheon. Or at least the parts of the pantheon that willingly worked with him, which would sadly be a large amount of it.
With that, he walked off, hoping that it would work.
______________________
Morgan knew that she had been watched by Shiva the entire time. The deity was powerful, sure, but he was not on the same level of power as her. Not only that, but she was able to effortlessly sense when the man was gazing at her from his other realm.
She was even able to reach back out, and attack his mental state, causing him quite a bit of harm that would be a pain in the ass for him to deal with. Something that she had done on purpose, so the God would rethink his decision to attempt to gaze into her mind, and to spy on her.
The fact that he even thought it was a good idea in the first place was hilarious in her mind. He should have known by now that Morgan was far beyond him, that she was the strongest God in the world for a specific reason.
Because she was beyond all others.
Morgan hoped that it would make a difference. As now that she was able to peer into his mind (even if it was for a moment), she could now see that Indra was currently attempting to join the war, by getting the rest of their pantheon to agree to join. She personally thought that the man was an idiot to even think of it, but she knew that her opinion would not matter.
Nothing she personally did would change the mind of someone like Indra, with how arrogant the God was, and with his personality that just loved all forms of War. He was somehow even worse than Ares. And due to that, the only true way that Morgan could realistically stop them from joining the war, is through Shiva himself.
Shiva was the strongest force in the Hindu Pantheon, and it was thanks to him that they were so well known, and so feared. It was also thanks to him that they could and should be kept out of the war. It was only thanks to him that they'd be saved from annihilation should they enter the war.
Morgan was pretty hopeful that Shiva would be able to stop the war, but she had no idea if he had the control to do that. With the fact that Indra had the ability to, but hadn't stopped Indra yet. This meant her control over the pantheon was not nearly as strong as he liked to think.
Either way, Morgan didn't really care anymore. As she decided it was time to get back home, and so, she teleported back to the Underworld, all the while she had one thought on her mind.
'Let's hope Shiva succeeds'
