Selina was equally straightforward. "Miss Paula, you know very well whether or not there's really a marriage contract between you and Logan."
Paula's heart skipped, her face tightening. "So what? There's nothing I want that I can't have."
Selina arched a brow. "So Miss Paula knowingly forged a marriage contract to interfere in my marriage, even though Logan is already married?"
Paula sneered. "The truth is, you just don't measure up to me—your status is beneath mine, and your skills are inferior. Interfering? Please. Don't you know what happens to a man favored by a princess? Even if he's married, that wife will only end up dead. The fact I haven't made you disappear already is me showing mercy."
"Selina, you'd better learn your place, or I'll make sure you die without a trace!"
"In that case, there's nothing more to discuss. Show her out."
Selina nodded.
