While walking through the rift, Kairi and Selena stood side by side as Maria followed from behind; they were heading towards a bright light in the dimensional rift. Maria had an annoyed expression on her face, but before she could speak, Selena spoke: "The sovereign ordered me to come collect you." He believes that the Underworld will invade." As the voice became more clear, Maria started to sweat rapidly while saying, "Kaya bloodfallen." Suddenly the area around Maria changed, and she suddenly blacked out. Maria's head was spinning, but while standing, she heard her name being called in a harmonised way: "Maria Maria Maria Maria Maria Maria". Once she stood up, she noticed that the floor changed into a river of blood and there was a crimson mood in the distance. Maria grabbed her prosthetic arm and said, "I remember this place; it's the river of the Damned." Maria noticed a figure in the distance holding an umbrella. Maria started to get close to this person but then. Blood tendrils came out of the river and wrapped around Maria's arms and legs, stopping her movements. The figure in the distance started saying, "I am so glad you remember my name, Maria. I missed you so much." As Kaya pulled the umbrella, the figure became clear. Maria's eyes widened; sweat dripped down her face while Kaya was walking closer with an umbrella in one hand and a sword in the other. There were tears dripping down Kaya's face. She suddenly dropped her sword, and she crouched down before saying, "Do you miss your arm? "It's been a while since you've seen it." Kaya pulls an arm out of the river that is identical to Maria's arm. As she was being tormented by Kaya, Maria noticed that the blood veins increased on Kaya's body. Maria was so scared she stopped breathing with hesitation. In her voice Maria said, "I am not afraid of you." Kaya dropped the umbrella and grabbed Maria; the blood veins started to flow through Maria's body, altering her bloodstream. With a sadistic smile on her face, Kaya said, "Lying are we now? I could torment you for hours, but killing you will be more satisfying." Kaya picked Maria up by the neck and said, "Prepare for war, dragon, because I am going to hunt you down and rip you apart. I swear upon my name, Bloodfallen." Kaya slammed Maria into the river. Maria screamed out, and Selena and Kairi swiftly ran to her. While checking on Maria, the only thing she said was, "The one who smiles is coming; that demon Royal is on her way." Selena's face went cold before saying, "We must get back quickly." All three of them quickly ran towards the light as they entered the nether realm.
