"Before I start this long explanation, before I tell you the next few pieces of information, most of which you will need in the future, I have to make one thing clear" he pointed at the three items sitting on Avere's left side, still in danger of falling down into the grass that did not seem to bother the messenger in any way, taking a small break.
"None of this took place in reality, not the life of Arges, not the memories of Rondel, though those did happen in some way, still going on right now, time is weird in here after all, you did not truly live through all of that, and the same goes for these items, so I'll have to tell you how to use them in reality." he snapped his fingers, and everything turned slightly more colourless.
"The things I have given you, as well as the things you have received from the previous trials, the almanac of alchemy written by Lila, the statue of the duster donated by Ukor, the bottle of crystal-clear water given by Adelius, eternally regenerating, the greatest blade of Karan transformed into something else, and now, these three, all of them are bound items, all of them can be sorted within your very soul, similar to soul-bound items in a way." he said, causing Avere to have a confused look on his face once more.
"Your other self already created a soul-bound item, it is one created of their own story, powering them up greatly, but a bound item is just a normal item, one that does not respond to the soul but is only stored within, it is literally just something you can call forth out of nowhere, so don't get your hopes on growing as powerful as a tyrant as a titan or something like that." he ended the small excursion.
"I don't really need to tell you how to call it forth, I think the Sekaria inside you will do that eventually, it is their specialty to interact with the soul after all, but I do think it is worth it to mention that you and the other self are in a very special and opportune position right now." he grinned slightly.
"There are two of you, both having bodies, though yours will very much surprise you, and you both share one Sekaria, one separate consciousness born of a subconsciousness uniting you across entire worlds, across countless miles, endless length, no matter how much, and as such, you should even be able to share all your progress and gains, your actives and your bound items, except soul-bound ones, because they are bound to the first creator in most cases, as long as you give them to the Sekaria who should probably be able to just take them if he so wished." he smiled slily, realizing that the Sekaria, Cades, would not always be the kindest or be completely loyally on the side of the two newborn ones descended from the original Cades, though Avere was not to realize that right now, perhaps because the Sekaria was still deep within him.
"Okay, that being done, let's go over to how the rest of this journey will go, the last few trials having been exterminated in exchange for you getting these items..." he said, expecting an answer but not getting any.
"You will experience the turning point of all the lives within you all over again." he uttered, ending that part of his informative exchange, and bringing quite the bad new when one considered the trauma that Avere would be forced to experience, in some ways, perhaps for the first time.
"The first will be Arges, for he was alone the longest, then will be Rondel, for he was the one who lived amongst others for the first one out of you all, then there will be you, and you will see what made you change for the first time." he said, seeming quite bored.
"To be honest, it will not take much time, only a few more hours or days from what I can tell, and after that, you will finally meet with the great pillar of experiences and get the contract you are taking this challenge for, with the other you already having gained the contract with motion." he continued on, uttering something that the messenger, with a sly but brightening smile, quickly realized needed more explanation than he had given at first, as if reading Avere's thoughts.
"You can think of a pillar contract, especially one such as motion itself, as a second manifestation, as something that gives you authority over a, in this case, vital part of reality to a slight degree for a price that manifests." he took a small break before intending to continue, seemingly rushing a bit after the pause.
"In the case of motion at the stage of a scribe as you are right now, you basically just get telekinesis, the power to, well, make things move, and in turn you have to feed off of mana, through a skill you get as well, one that I personally believe to be a small rebellion of the great pillar of motion when it came to the rule the curse in return for the power had to be truly bad... but on the other hand..." he smiled in a reassuring way, looking at Avere and showing yellowish teeth, " most of the great pillars were a bit rebellious when making the curses of their contracts, so you shouldn't worry too much."
A second later, feeling a bit anxious, Avere uttered a question for the first time since the bombardment of information had begun.
"What is with the contract of experiences then?" he uttered while his trembling tongue slurred the words and made him stutter as well as a bit of a lisp.
The man however was silent for a bit before answering.
"I can sadly not tell you that, it is not part of my authority, and I have only been given the information for the motion contract to tell you, if you want to know it then you have to ask the great pillar when you meet them, not that you can take the want back by the-" he paused, putting his index finger onto the side of his head, " well, I guess you could probably ask them to not give you the contract, but it would be a shame at that point..."
He turned around, seemingly readying himself.
"Oh, just so you know, the sender asked me to emphasize that one can always refuse when it comes to the great pillars... it's not like the need specifically you..." he laughed slightly as he stepped into the nothing and vanished completely, leaving Avere alone until, a few minutes later once more, the items no longer next to him, the last three trials, perhaps the worst ones, began.
