Little Bi Garden.
This is considered the town area of State City, mostly buildings, with only an old street and a common residential area remaining.
Here it closely borders the Grand Canal, and right across the river are upscale apartment communities, forming the starkest contrast.
The old street is bleak in winter, with little life, but today, the atmosphere suddenly became lively because a fleet of luxury cars arrived.
Each of these luxury cars is extremely valuable, the cheapest being more than half a million, bright and shiny, attracting many people from the old street to come out and look.
So they saw people stepping out from those cars, all dressed smartly, none of them comparable to ordinary folks, all wealthy individuals.
Moreover, there was a large group of them, full of momentum; they had never seen such a scene, and many were momentarily frightened.
