Chapter 100 - A History Is About To Rewrite

Since the time was just two minutes to end the game. The referee loudly announced the time left to end the game. The players ran back to position after Lefah's touchdown. Even though it wasn't their home of playing, still, Lefah could hear his name louder in the stadium.

Lefah remembers Coach Wilson's voice playing in his head. "I was just right there, and I saw everything happening on the pitch. I understand this is new to playing but not much difference unlike when we used to play on our training ground. Hey, Lefah, to me that was a really fantastic game played in the first half, but what about the players and the world watching you now? Very good to prove me wrong. It's time to prove the players and the world watching you wrong. You still need to put in more effort after this break, keep pushing fast and hard. Hey! Kid. ---I forgot to ask you to score. "And I'm really sorry, but it's not late. ---I need you to score till I ask you to stop. ---hope this is not too much to ask right?" Coach Wilson's voice keeps playing in Lefah head to keep on scoring and making more touchdowns, but he was really stressed, exhausted and emphasize, like breaking through his walls to hit more touchdowns and pushing off the ground.

[Lefah turned to Coach Wilson on the coaches lines. Coach Wilson smiled at him and showed him one more finger up in the air for one more touchdown. Simply, Coach Wilson asked Lefah to give him one more touchdown to end the game with '37' touchdowns. Lefah smiled back at Coach Wilson and wear his armor.

[Lefah's voice] "Hmm, the time is two minutes to end the game and Coach Wilson is also asking for one more touchdown with this body strength. Hmm, how is it possible...." [Lefah sighs and keeps thinking about how to make the last touchdown for Coach Wilson.]

The referee loudly blows the whistle to set the ball rolling in the two minutes left to play.

[Whistle blow] ----- "Attack!" -----

Lefah started running forward, since he has been making more touchdowns in the game. A lot of eyes were against him just to push him off the ground before he gave another touchdown. So, what he did was run behind Garriso's back just to support Garriso to make the touchdown, because he knew it would be very difficult to make his own touchdown for Coach Wilson. Lefah keeps running with Garriso as if they were running a hundred mates race on the pitch. Lefah and Garriso keep running on the sideline just to have the ball forward.

Good for their plane, Jackson throws the ball very long to Garriso. Garriso managed his balance and not to miss the ball. Immediately Garriso had the ball, they kept running. So, what Lefah was doing was to support his brother to clear his road and use his strength to cover Garriso and the ball so that Garriso wouldn't be push off the ground. Lefah keeps using his power, strength and top speed to push opponents off the ground. The other opponents thought Lefah was the one going to make the touchdown. That's why they keep attacking Lefah instead of Garriso, because Garriso was the one to score this time. Lefah keeps covering Garriso at 85% yards or distance on the pitch, which wasn't easy work for Lefah to run again with his less strength.

A few steps to the end line, Lefah couldn't keep on pushing, so he gave up on his strength and lost his balance. Unlucky, Lefah was pushed off the ground by millions of players laying on top of him on the ground because they thought Lefah had the ball but Garriso. Garriso didn't stop running all his speed out with the ball since Lefah was pushed off the ground. Garriso topped up his speed and picked up his steps too fast till he reached the end line. By the time they realized, they attacked the wrong person and let Garriso make the touchdown. And that was Garriso's first touchdown after playing more assists on Lefah's touchdowns.

Immediately when Garriso reached the end line, he showed the ball in the air for the opponents to see their mistake by attacking the wrong guy and dropping it on the ground to make a touchdown. Garriso didn't waste time after the touchdown and ran back to Lefah in the middle of the pitch and hugged him on the ground.

Lefah smiled at Garriso and said, "Yo, G, I can hear the people shouting, was that a touchdown for you?"

"Hey, shut up, bro. Actually, that was a touchdown for you but not mine. I scored for you because Coach Wilson asked for one more touchdown from you."

"You really sound crazy and funny too, G...."

"Of course, that was your strength, power and speed which made me score, so I say it was a touchdown for you, bro."

[Both keeps on laughing when Garriso was still lying on top of Lefah on the ground.]

[Lefah continues immediately and asks Garriso to get up from him on the ground.] "Hey, get up! Or do you think this is the moment to celebrate all our touchdowns together?"

"Of course, and I was wondering why you never celebrate your touchdowns since the game-changer started scoring...."

"Hey, I didn't want to waste time scoring, bro. So, what are the people saying now about the new running back players from Rigby, Idaho -- Old Street..."

"Um, you know, I can hear they are just calling the running back name everywhere. Like Lefah! Lefah! Lefah! Lefah!.... ---and they're saying he is a game changer..."

[Both giggles immediately. Garriso held Lefah's hands to get up from the ground and ran back to their positions. Because the game wasn't over yet. And that was some seconds to play and crowned the Rigbys as the winners for match day one of the season.]

The referee loudly blows the whistle to get the ball rolling and that was just some seconds to play. In the blink of an eye, the referee blows his whistle to end the game. The Rigbys started celebrating and making a ghostly noise on the pitch. Hugging, cheers and laughing.
