Chapter 99 - My First Touchdown Wins

[Lefah put back on his armor and gave an eye signal to Garriso and asked him to keep an eye on the score board. Lefah turned his eyes to the coaches lines and also asked Coach Wilson to keep an eye on the score board. Lefah bent his knees just to lower his body, which shows how ready and prepared he was to play. Immediately, the referee blows the whistle. How ready Lefah was, just like a pilot who had all his skills to operate and navigate an aircraft to a different world or ready to fly an airplane from the airport to the sky. Coach Theodore's voice sounded loudly in his head, "Don't rush the ball, just take a deep breath and look forward to the end line to make a touchdown before you stop running, understood!"]

Since the referee was checking his watch to set the ball rolling. Lefah was also ready and robbing his hands hotblooded, together almost catching a fire-outbreak. And all that he was waiting to hear was the referee to blow the whistle but not attack. His power of his speed, muscles and knees to run was fully released, like an airplane ready to fly its passengers to their distension. Fully prepared to run immediately, he had the ball in his hands to the end line by flying in the air but not running on the pitch with his feet.

The announcer loudly announced the second half to them after the break, and this could be the chance or the moment any of both teams could be crowned. The first half game was '19' to '11' touchdowns against the Rigbys.

[The referee loudly blows the whistle to set the ball rolling again.]

[Whistle blow] ---- "Attack!" ------

[This time, Lefah didn't lose his body balance and also wasn't pushed off the ground. He didn't have the ball yet, but he kept running and dodging the attacking opponents. Immediately after Garriso had the ball, Garriso wanted his brother to make his first touchdown, so Garriso threw it long to Lefah on the forward and that was just a few steps to the end line to make a touchdown. Immediately, Lefah had the ball. Lefah did hold back his strength and his power of speed to keep on running without looking left or right and kept running till he reached the end line and dropped the ball down and that was a touchdown by Lefah for the Rigbys to have '12' touchdowns in the second half. The score board is now showing '19' to '12' touchdowns.]

[Lefah didn't celebrate his first touchdown because he was hungry for more touchdowns for his team. The Rigbys were expecting a touchdown celebration, but Lefah didn't and ran back to position for the game to continue.]

[Some seconds later, all the players were back in position. The referee blows the whistle to set the game playing after Lefah's touchdown.]

[Whistle blow] ---- "Attack!" ----

Lefah, again on the other side of the pitch, running too fast to get the ball forward. Immediately, the referee blows the whistle. Benjamin, with the ball running through and breaking his walls, throws the ball to James. Because James wasn't too fast with the ball, he also passed it to Liam. Immediately, when Liam had the ball, he realized Henry and Lefah were freely running forward, but Lefah had a few steps to the end line, so Liam threw the ball very long to Lefah and also Lefah's speed was higher than Henry to react with the ball, and also, they need more touchdowns to win the game. Lefah didn't miss the ball and grabbed it and running with the ball. The other opponent saw Lefah trying to get to the end line, so he targeted Lefah from the other sideline to push him off the ground, so he was running too fast towards Lefah. Garriso, running in the middle, also saw it clear that the other opponent was running towards Lefah. Garriso didn't waste time but to top up his speed just to cover his brother so that Lefah wouldn't be push off the ground. Lucky for Lefah, Garriso was able to recognize and do that to cover Lefah's back to keep on running and had more steps in to the end line to make another touchdown in the blink of an eye. The match continues.

Now, the score board is '21' to '17' touchdowns and still against the Rigbys Football club. Lefah didn't stop scoring and continued making many more touchdowns for the Rigbys because Coach Wilson hadn't yet asked him to stop making his touchdowns, since Lefah was being commended by Coach Wilson. The referee set the ball rolling continuously since Lefah never celebrated his touchdowns.

[Whistle blow] ---- "Attack!" -----

[Both teams keep playing and competing just to create more chances and more touchdowns in the game since the game was '21' to '17' touchdowns against the Rigby Football club. The stadium was more likely than a hell of fire coming from the stands. Like cheers, singing and more dramatically to boost their teams on the scoreboard. In the blink of an eye, the atmosphere in the stadium and the people from Rigby City and Old Street started calling Lefah's name as a game changer. Immediately, the scoreboard changed from '36' to '34' touchdowns against the Santa Margarita Football club, who were leading the game from the first half and the middle of the second half. The Rigbys were now leading '36' touchdowns against the Santas with '34' touchdowns in the blink of an eye in the stadium.]

From the coaches lines, Coach Wilson and Coach Theodore and the coaches staff were very happy, and they didn't know why Lefah never celebrated his '23' touchdowns in this single game. This is really a drama, or a history is about to record or rewrite. Both coaches were shocked and speechless, but still watching the young running back set new records in NFL history at his high school level. The people from Rigby were very happy but had no idea about the new running backs, Lefah and Garriso, as their sidekicks.
