William sat down on the office sofa, his face showing no expression. "Has the bait been set?"
Carson nodded respectfully. "I've met with Lawrence, as you instructed."
"Any news from Yasmine?"
Carson answered, "Miss Yasmine says Quentin Morrison's movements seem normal and there's nothing suspicious."
William fell into brief contemplation. "Has Quentin been in the U.S. all this time?"
"Yes, Miss Yasmine says that except for that one night at the hotel when he met with your wife, he rarely leaves the company."
William's dark eyes narrowed subtly, and he said calmly, "Tell Yasmine that Quentin is not as simple as he appears. She needs to pay attention to every detail."
"Yes."
William's dark eyes gradually narrowed into slits.
