"I just wanted to warn you in case a fight breaks out," Huntrax said to Eldea.
"You don't want any help?"
Huntrax crossed his arms. "Are you kidding me? This is my hunt."
The Heavenly Shooter was always a prideful one. He didn't dislike the idea of getting help from other people. In fact, in a fight against the Grandmaster, he would probably do well with the help of a few more Heavenly Knights. However, he would like the chance to do things his own way at least at the very start.
As a stealth shooter, he was the most effective when he was the first one to strike.
After he did his job, then he would welcome the help. But before then, it would be best if he was left alone to hunt for his target.
He didn't want anyone messing with his tempo. The Grandmaster was the hardest hunt he would probably be doing. If he wasn't careful in hunting him down, then he may just spook his target into retreating. Or worse, he may just become the target for the hunt.
