From the direction we're heading, the largest river the Tiger is heading towards should be the eastern source, traditionally considered one of the origins of the Yangtze River in the hydrology community.
Crossing from the direction of the emergency station, it takes three to four days to reach where the river is located.
Fortunately, during this season it's neither cold nor hot, with the three cats guarding, we encountered no threats along the way and arrived around eleven in the morning on the fourth day at the place where the Tiger encountered the big monster.
This area belongs to the Forest Edge Mountains region, surrounded by river valleys, where there used to be villages. Now, most villages have moved away, leaving only scattered ruins of two or three buildings with just a bit of stone wall left.
The Tiger led Chen Ying down to the riverbank, "It was here that I encountered it."
