The highly skilled Forging Master Morton took it upon himself to carry out the responsibility. Morton learned wisdom from an elderly man by the seaside and then practiced martial arts with warriors in the wilderness. He went alone to the mountains of his hometown and obtained precious materials from the deepest part of Crystal Mountain, thus forging an immensely powerful Holy Sword.
Morton, with the Holy Sword, fought alongside his companions, teachers, and the people, collectively repelling the Netherworld Dragon. People crowned him King, and his descendants were to rule over the kingdom on the island for generations.
However, King Morton had the foresight to know that power should not remain forever in the hands of one person, as a brave father may have a weak son, and a wise king may have a foolish prince. Thus, in his old age, the King went to the mountains again and forged seven sets of armor, a crown, and a Magic Wand.
