Li Hai returned to Hai City and immediately started running around to complete the paperwork. In just a couple of days, he managed to establish the company.
The company was not registered under the Da Li name but in the names of Li Hai, Anning, Si Linna, and Xiao Yuan. All four were shareholders, with Anning and Xiao Yuan contributing through their technical expertise, Si Linna investing a portion of funds as well as her labor, and Li Hai being the major investor.
Anning involved Li Hai in this endeavor for a reason.
Firstly, Anning understood Li Hai's personality. Although he seemed like a playboy, he was a good person with principles, and most importantly, he was financially stable and capable.
Moreover, Anning and Xiao Yuan did not have enough resources at the moment, and networking was an additional task, so it made sense to bring Li Hai on board as a shareholder.
