Hu Li dance without bells. Only the wind and the leaves accompany her. Her white feet sink into the snow as she dance around. Her red nails grows longer as she dance. The crystals on her nails blinks brightly under the sun. Her white hair floats with the wind blowing. She is happy and relaxed. As she dance, some strange wave of strong wind lift her up slowly and she is dancing in air. Yang Yang who is walking around to pick up nice grass to much on see Hu Li dancing in a distance. She watch her friend, her master dance in the air with a soft glow surrounding her. As the dance begins to end, she ascend down slowly. Yang Yang clap her hands when Hu Li lands gently on the snow. Hu Li smile and signal Yang Yang to come to her. Together they walk the snowy grounds towards home.
Everyday Dong Wan is getting worst. He can't morph into a human form anymore. As a dog, he lays on the ground for a long time. Dong Dong sit by his brother and take care of him. He feel like his older brother is slipping away slowly and there is nothing he can do. Dong Mei try to be cheerful for Dong Wan. She talk to him about things she plan to do. She pat him and ask what he wants her to do. Dong Wan only can look at his sister. Yang Yang ask Hu Li if she could make Dong Wan better again. Hu Li shake her head. She have any spells and power but she doesn't have the power over life and death. Another five years come and go, Dong Wan's body finally give up. They buried him by the river where he loved to hang out after a good meal. Dong Wan and Dong Mei continue to stand by the grave and stay there for a long time. Hu Li make a swing by a huge tree near by the river. Dong Mei when she is free she sits by the swing and watch the grave which is nearby.
A year later Hei appear. He paid his respect to Dong Wan. At the evening, Hu Li and Hei sit by the little pavilion they build over the years. Over the years, they have decorate it with some purple cloth to block strong sunlight. Hei brings out his bottle of wine. They drink it slowly. The smell is not strong at all and the alcohol is still tasteless to them.
"What have you been doing?"
"Me? Busy running around. I am trying to find where is the hideout of that snake."
"Snake? oh yeah i forget about her. Did you meet Bai Xuan?"
"Yes and i got a long lecture from her."
"Well you can't blame it on her, she have been asking for you."
"I am busy. Busy helping the others."
"Did you look for Hai?"
"Well i drop by for a quick hello. Master Wu is there but not him. He was out in the sea."
"Both you and Hai are busy but Fei is so free."
"Well the skies are usually nothing much. The troubles are usually on land and sea."
"Ten years ago, i sneak into the sky looking for Bai Lu. Was chased again but i feel him in the lotus pond. Should be still inside the lotus pond cultivating."
"What about Huan Xi?"
"She must be there too. Bai Lu have a special liking to that mouse. He won't leave her alone."
"What did you do, to make them always chasing you when you are up there."
Hei keep his silence and shake the jar of wine. He smile and look away. That night they sit there in silence and hear the sound of nature.
Occasionally Hu Li feels like dancing, she will step out into the snow and dance. Hei will watch from where he is and wonder how did Hu Li change so much throughout the years without him. Her electric eyes are more brilliant than ever. She seductive look is alluring along with her movements. Half way through her dance he stand up and move along with her. They turn, they twist, their bodies move together. Their tails begin to swing together and finally entwined with each other. His black diamond fur tail that is contrast with her fine white fur tails have twisted into one. They look at each their as they dance into the night sky. A cloud descend and cover the couple as the dance and get closer with each other. In the end, she landed in his arms and he reach out to touch her face. So smooth and alluring plus there is a special smell that is raising and reaching him. He kiss her like he meet her for the first time. He kiss her like he always want to do. His long finger and long nail circle her waist. He hold her tight as he wanted. He long for the fox that he loved at first sight. His hands reach out to untie her robe, he feel her smooth cold skin. He nibble her neck and lick her shoulder. He did not notice her eyes are slowly changing. In her mind, she recall that time where her human lover make love to her the first time. Tears form and the tears become crystal begins to float up to the cold sky. Hei slowly realised that they are descending down on the ground. His feet touch the ground but her limp body is what he is holding. Hei did not understand when only he look at her empty eyes that are staring up the sky. He hurry to lift her up and carry her back to the cave house.
