Individual project initiation.
As soon as this item came up, quite a few people couldn't help but sit up straight.
Then O'Neill stood up for the first time.
"I'll go first!" O'Neill said, then shared his plan to go back to his own territory to recruit people. Of course, he didn't say openly that he wanted to bring them over as free labor; instead, he talked about increasing his fellow Beastmen's income and helping them live better lives.
Zhou Bai listened without thinking much of it. Ordinary Beastmen indeed lived pretty rough lives in the Beastman Territory, and O'Neill and his crew had done this once before, so doing it again was no surprise.
So Zhou Bai just agreed directly, never expecting a big event to come out of it later.
After getting permission, O'Neill grinned and winked at Lucas.
Next up were Mills and Smell.
