But the people of Hope Town weren't about to give those Demon Bosses a chance to escape—some teams even specialized in circling around to hunt down these high-level Demon Bosses from behind.
First, to get higher-reward item drops, and second, to disrupt the Demon Beasts' attack rhythm.
Because by now, everyone had noticed: the initial wave of attacking Demon Beasts barged in mindlessly, but as the Beast Tide pressed on, the Demon Beasts began to show intelligence, focusing their assault on weaker points in hopes of breaking through the human defense lines from behind.
What caused this was high-level Demon Beasts taking command with their skills.
So as long as those with commanding skills among the Demon Beasts were taken out, the Beast Tide would turn into a scattered mob, leaving them at the humans' mercy.
