"Lord, bad news, the Mercenary Team has defected."
"What? They dare!" Viscount Robin was furious.
"More than a dozen Mercenary Teams have already rushed out the city gates, and quite a few other Mercenary Teams, upon hearing about it, are chasing after them."
"What about the gate guards?"
"They're gathering their squads and pursuing them." Foster said directly.
"Go! I'll see for myself!" As he spoke, Viscount Robin immediately issued an emergency mission to all the soldiers in his territory.
By the time Viscount Robin got onto his Beast Cart and rushed to the city gates, he saw many soldiers already assembled at the entrance.
"Greetings, Lord." Pavel saluted Viscount Robin right away.
"Where are they?" Viscount Robin said grimly.
"By the time I arrived, the teams that were leaving had already gone. I sent three hundred men after them right away. I stayed behind to keep things under control and prevent others from taking the opportunity to escape." Pavel explained seriously.
