"Just make a public announcement when the time comes." Zhou Bai nodded and said, "Once the department is set up, have them establish passageways for carts to enter and exit, and set up stations in various places to make travel convenient for everyone."
Bayer's eyes brightened, "With transportation developing like this, it'll also be easier to transport supplies for battles in the future."
"Mm."
"What about the people?" Bayer couldn't help but ask, "I'm just worried that everyone will try to make travel easier for themselves, and it'll end up making transportation inconvenient. In other territories, only nobles and permitted individuals are allowed to use beast carts. In our territory..."
"We'll have a dedicated lane for public transit. The rest can travel freely, but they'll need to pay fees." Zhou Bai said without hesitation, "Not just our residents—even visiting nobles and merchant teams can come and go freely, as long as they pay."
"Good!" Bayer said, pleasantly surprised.
