The cold, foggy world was bleak as a group of ragged men cheered, pointing at the increasingly closer cluster of lights in the sky. As the lights drew nearer, it finally became clear.
The people standing on the ground looked up at the massive starship above, bearing down like a mountain from the sky.
As a prison planet of interstellar civilization, Helheim Star never had ships daring to pass by, except those transporting prisoners; even ships delivering supplies were rare.
All were convicts; the Empire wouldn't waste supplies feeding scum!
The environment here was incredibly harsh.
"Bets are open, bets are open; let's bet on what type of convicts are being transported this time. Come and place your bets." The bored gamblers would bet on anything, and some had already started gathering to place their bets.
