Packing was the worst thing to do when my brain refused to be quiet.
It had been two weeks since Benecio left. Two weeks of "I'm bored" texts that came in at strange hours, "I miss you" calls at 3am that left me staring at the ceiling, and a heavy pit in my stomach that never seemed to go away.
