Modeling recruitment was serious work. It wasn't the way they displayed it to be in movies and a few series I had watched. The typical all the models sitting in a room with black clothes and number cards somehow pasted onto their clothes.
The usual giving the portfolio then walking down the runway. Maybe it was like that for other companies but as usual B&B had to do everything different. The models were all dressed in standard B&B jeans and cowboy boots. Their upper half covered in a plain white vest and their hair pulled away from their faces which were completely scrubbed of makeup.
There wasn't a crowd of them but just a selected top thirty who would be the best candidates. There was a division within the company that I had been communicating with when it came to the selected models.
