"I think we all can come to an agreement on who we would like our next creative assistant to be," Pa clasped his hands together then rested them on the boardroom table. "We all saw looks but one stands out the most. What do you think, Buck?"
I nodded as I looked through Dove's portfolio over and over again. He had submitted twelve sketches in total and I got more and more impressed each time I looked through it. He paid attention to detail none of the other designers had. He told a story, not the high status you would need to get these clothes.
I nodded in agreement with Pa. "I think Dove is our best shot."
William was the first to speak up, "Dove worked for the company for three months and still works for the B&B store downstairs. He has a great work ethic. He could stay past working hours just to finish a piece he was stitching. Never late and never the first to leave. I think he'd make a good assistant to you Danilo."
