I kept on looking at the time as Pa went through the kitchen items with us. Yesterday we had practically spent the entire day hopping from one grocery store to the other and today he was going through food items with us.
It was Sunday and I had to leave in about two hours to go meet Dove. Today we thought it would be great if we went to the farmers market downtown. We had been talking about it for a while and I thought what better way to spend a celebration with Dove.
He had passed his test extremely well and got a B. He had never been happier. I was glad. If he didn't do well he always needed a day of processing his failures as he liked to say then would take a day or two to leave the house.
However now I started to doubt if I would ever get a chance to go out. As Pa opened the fridge and grabbed a very neatly packed basket of greens.
