Peter entered the dense forest. The scent of soil was so strong he could practically taste it. Almost half a day had passed, and after he came back later to rest and eat with his brothers, he would need to replace his clothes as he would have grown out of them by then. It was as if by the hour he grew a centimeter or more, yet he did not feel any pain at all.
He marveled and wondered about the technology they were blessed with. Perhaps it was another civilization that created it and was only given by the goddess to help them? Alas, he could only wonder in silence.
Moments passed by, when his eyes suddenly opened wide, heart beating faster, adrenaline rushing forth. In his peripheral vision, he saw two ghouls wandering about. With a quick and decisive decision, he brought out his newly made pistol, which has twenty rounds in it, much more than the previous model with sixteen rounds in it.
